    Good Points: Basic mobile

Bad Points: Very difficult to read the screen in daylight, and impossible in bright sunlight.

General comments: Just thought I'd defend the Siemens C62, which is after all, a budget phone.

I have found it excellent for texting, which is my main mobile phone activity. The problem of not being able to read the screen outdoors is my only serious criticism of the phone, and for that reason alone, I could not recommend it to someone who uses their mobile constantly. For low level use, and at the price I paid for it, it is good, especially as the battery seems to hold a charge for some days, being switched on for 6 to 8 hours a day.

Siemens C62 - cost: £50. I got it for in Choices Video, bargain.

Features: No camera, which is a bonus as they're only a novelty and not good for taking real pics. It's what a phone should be, for making calls and texting.

Extra features: calendar and events, useful. Nice and easy to use.

Keypad: not clumsy as previously stated by other reviews. Nice and easy to use.

Looks: fantastic, nice, small, lightweight and feels great.

    Overall, fantastic if you want a nice-looking p ...

When my girlfriend read the review by SiemenSuck, she thought I had posted it! Same story - 2 months old and it's been for "repair" twice. First time, they upgraded the software, second time replaced the logic board. The phone still has a mind of its own - deciding when I should be able to make and receive calls. On the bright side I can send SMS with only a couple of attempts (as opposed to the 10-15 tries in the past)!

I have requested replacement/upgrade from Siemens - currently awaiti ...

I bought this Siemens C62 mobile phone 2 months ago and have had to send it in for repair twice for the same problem! Imagine a mobile phone that cannot make or recieve calls and messages??? It broke down after not being able to detect network! Worse Still, if you don't switch it off and on again, it still show you that it is still logging on to your operator, but you cant call or send messages or use any of the menus. Twice the service center told me that it was a software problem. I asked for ...

I migrated to this Siemens C62 mobile phone from a Nokia 3330 (yes really old I know!) and wanted something small yet functional to replace it. The phone is light and small and I can hardly feel the weight in my trouser pocket. This phone has a nice clear display, but the display illuination goes off almost immediately after you put the keylock on (by the way, it does not seem to have an automatic keylock feature). The manual states you can detremine the length of the illumination but the menu i ...

I recently purchased the Siemens C62 mobile phone and I am quite pleased with it. It does have it's bad points as most phones do, especially when you've been used to a different kind. I used to have a Nokia one, now the buttons for texting are all different on this one but not a criticism just me not being used to it. It looks very stylish and has a range of features including different wallpapers for the coloured screen including some motion displays. It has a good variety of ring tones to choo ...
