    Good Points: I can not recommend them highly enough. They are a credit to the bank are the fact that they are British based is a learning point for others to come back to.


    Bad Points: I can not fault them.


    General comments: I have banked with RBS for nearly 30 years and have never felt the need to take my business elsewhere. ( even in this current climate). The service I get from RBS telephone banking is second to none. They are polite, efficient and are able to deal with almost any queries I've had without the usual run around from other call centres. Well done RBS call centres.

    If you're a RBS customer then there is no reason not to use this service. Quick, friendly, reasonably intelligent staff who actually can think (some call centres must employ very low IQ people) can make UK payments without fuss. Although you can't make overseas payments (even though this is possible if you are a RBS International customer in Jersey ! so why can't they link the systems?). Can't pass on instructions to my branch. Sometimes I'd like them to sort out something that requires a call t ...
