    When ever you are signing up for a financial service be it a loan, insurance, credit card or mortgage you always need to get as many quotes from as many different companies as possible. That's why when I was looking for my mortgage I must have used every mortgage calculator on the Internet - in the end I agreed to a mortgage from HSBC and their calculator was especially good. Its easy to use and does exactly what it says on the tin. It estimates your repayments depending on how long the term is, the mortgage rate you will have to pay and the final amount you will have to pay. Give it a go.
