    I bought a ring at a bargain price. Well that is what this site is all about, bargains. Well I got the ring and it is a Cracker Jack Box right. I didn't even give it to my 14 year old niece. She laughed at it and would not even take it from me. She thought it was a joke. and it was. The right was Cheap and looked cheap. It looked like junk.

    I've been reading numerous reviews about Bidz.com that dramatically conflict with my own experiences. I have purchased hundreds of items from the site and have always been satisfied. In particular their "lower end" (silver, disney, lauren G adams, and charles winston jewelery is great but you can't go by the picture...you need to read the description. Diamonds with J-K color will not be even close to perfect. Read how thick a chain is rather than assume a thickness...check you pendant length ...

    Ive brought a few items from bidz.com and have been really happy with the jewellery, i have given some as gifts, kept some for myself and managed to sell a few of them off aswell online. I cant speak for all the jewellery, but each piece i have purchased has been of pretty high quality & has been well recieved by my customers & those who i gave to.     Be careful if you use this company. I bought earrings, then bid for a watch the same day. Earring transaction by paypal was fine but they then said the watch could not be dealth with via paypal and asked for c/c. Gave these detals and was then asked for copy by fax of d/licence or passport. Was not happy so emailed to ask why. They would not reply and subsequently closed my a/c. Earrings recd. Watch trans appeared on c/c s/m and was later refunded with £6. diff. Would not deal with Bidz.co ...

    I was surfing on the internet and I clicked on a banner on a website, it was for bidz.com. I was about to graduate and my husband and I choose a 1 carat diamond journey necklace from bidz.com. The total cost of the item was approximately 176.00 (w/ shipping). I paid the full amount on the same day with paypal.     The prices Bidz.com how for MSRP are not realistic. Those prices would be for the highest quality product, and their items are really low quality. I just bought an opal bracelet and opal earrings and they have virtually no fire in them. They just look like white stones. Some are set cockeyed too. Really costumes jewelery. To add insult to injury, it cost me $41.50 for shipping, transaction fee, return postage, and 15% restocking fee on a $162 purchase. At this rate they could have everyth ...

    The jewellery I purchased was delivered within 1 week and was very nice. I compared the jewellery to local jewellery "chain" stores and their prices were much higher. The pieces were individually wrapped and secure.
    I purchased the items for person and gift purposes with no intention to resell them. So overall... I was satisfied and well recommend bidz.com.

    Bought numerous items over the last couple of years of Bidz.com and got exactly what I've paid for. I can spend £100 on several items of decent jewelery which would cost at least three times the amount in a high street shop. Okay the workmanship is not top notch but the items I've purchased have been good enough. Just received a concord saratoga watch from them.     It never ceases to amaze me how some discount consumers express anger with the poor quality of their purchases. Furthermore, doing so in the ratings/feedback/and/or review sections and basing scores upon such! I'm a bargain-hound myself, and have no expectations beyond the parameters of reality.
    Those who pay for a value meal at McD's are not entitled to a prime rib with their fries. Buying a ticket in the nosebleed section does not entitle you to sit next the fellow who bought front row seats. ...

    I have used bidz.com for about 4 months now and I am very happy with the products I won. Most of the jewlery I get is for re-sale and I make great profit. I come from Canada and get my shipment within 2-3 weeks. The Products are never damaged and well packaged. I would recommend useing Bidz.com to any of my friends or family weather it be for personal or re-sale use you get your moneys worth.

    I was lucky I spent 1497 dollars on Jewelery changed my mind got a full refund of 1497 dollars in 6 days shipping been OK customer service good.
    The regular diamond items poor so thought I would buy branded diamond items finding that stones are missing in these items think the branded items on bidz and there other site buyz are seconds.

    As far as I am aware, these guys have sold over $1 BILLION worth of jewelry,
    Site is lots of fun and the best place to buy jewelry.

    Not sure, but I think that these other reviews must buy an item for $9 or so and expect to get a rare jewel. PLEASE if you spend $9, you will get $9 worth. BIDZ is an adrelin rush!

    Regretfully, I bought a number of jewelry items from Bidz.com over a one-month period, and here is what I received in return: one shipment missing four out of sixteen items, one shipment missing two out of six items, as far as I am concerned my Visa card was duplicate charged on two separate occasions to the tune of around $5,000, and I was shipped a brooch with a stone obviously missing, which Bidz as far as I am aware will not yet exchange or repair.     I buy only silver items.
    They seem to be alright, but not great, there is nothing wrong with the website, easy to use and fast delivery but some of the products on their are in my opinion of poor quality and until it bucks up I do not recommend Bidz.com.

    I waited almost 2 months for my "$110 Esprit Sunglasses" to arrive , when they did they came in a vinyl case not leather as I was aware was stated, they were broke in several places. I do not recommend Bidz.com.

    My experience was extremely unfavorable. The ring I received was far from the image on bidz.com.The ring I received was significantly different. I returned the ring for a refund as stated on bidz.com; however they gave me a 60% refund. They claimed that the ring was exactly as described, even though I sent them the enhanced image with the return.

    My packages did not inculde the items I was to receive according to computer invoice and there envelope invoice.
    As of yet I have not received what I had ordered - I think it's impossible to do inventorty or check-up... I would recommend to never buy the earrings. I personally was not happy with the workmanship.
    I feel I wont be able to give as a gift or sell. In my opinion the workmanship of the tiny diamond baguettes all run into each other, and off center.

    The shipping charges do not cover customs charges, so beware it is a rip off. never again.
