I have found quite a lot of jewellery from this website several years ago. I decided to get an independent valuation and every piece that I have purchased has come in worth thousands! I was shocked. I bought a 8.10 ct ruby pendant for $25 to find out it's worth over $2500! A pair of diamond earrings that I paid $400 are worth over $6,000. Not a typo! I to brought a ring ,I paid $389 for it that was over a month ago,and I still have not received it,they will not respond to any of my emails.I also had a ring on their layaway system I paid $135 for the first payment but didnot take the second,once again I tried to contact them to see what was going on and once a gain no reply.They are more than happy to take your money,but don't want to refund.I paid by PayPal so I have contacted them,if you have paid through PayPal contact them and put in a formal complaint as they can help to get your money back.i had delt with Bidz for over four years and to be ripped off like they have is disgusting as far as I'm concerned they are taking peoples money,I'm on a disability pension so money is tight,but no matter wether you are working or not we all paid in good faith for our items and Bidz has treated us all that have not received their items or refunds with no respect and with contempt,they should be very pleased with themselves,I don't know how they can sleep at night and hopefully it will catch up with them and they deal with a company and get treated they way that they have treated all of us customers that have been ripped off.i would surjest that every customer that has had a bad rap from Bidz complain and complain loudly.Bidz should be very ashamed at the way they have treated some of their customers and they should have to pay big time for all the stress they have cause people.

“Watch Not Working and No Certificates Showed Up”

I purchased 2 watches from BIDZ.com. One showed up 7 weeks after purchase without a Certificate of Authenticity (paid $33 for it). Was advised it was mailed separately. I bought some earring for my SO for Christmas on Dec 3rd. The auction said it would take 1-2 weeks to ship. After a week and a half, I contact them because it didn't ship. Purchased items from this site since 2007. Items are 100% Authentic from my experience. Some of the cheaper jewellery (ex. silver with CZ crystals) appear way nicer on the site than when it arrives. “Synthetic stone solfataras as genuine!! ”

“Be Aware: Fake jewelry, customer service very reluctant”

I ordered some jewelry from bidz.com. One of the items was a ring, that was meant to come in 14K Gold, diamonds and a precious center stone. Instead of the precious stone, there was a simple plastic inlay, obviously not a precious stone. I took it too a jewlery shop and they told me for bigger diamonds that was common and appraised them at $1200.00, not the deal excpected but still pretty good. We would also want you to know that appraisals from the jewelers may vary depending on a jeweler. In case you want to get a correct estimation it is best that you go to a certified gemologist not just a jeweler. The reason for that is that a lot of jewelers would try to give you a low estimated price on the item and then offer to buy the piece from you convincing the customer that he would not get more anywhere else. They would turn around and sell the merchandise later for a higher price because the real price is higher.
