    Over the last few years I have become used to using sites like Total Jobs for finding work. I like to use them as I submit my CV online for recruiters to see and possible companies. They are a very handy way of allowing many people to see your CV easily.I would say that the downfall of sites such as Total Jobs is that a large number of jobs on site are not direct from the company with the position available. It is clear to see that many are from the recruitment companies dealing with the positions on their behalf. This means that I got an endless number of calls from recruiters looking to add me to their books rather than find a job for me, this led to me spending more time on the phone speaking to agents who promised me the earth but failed to deliver on their side a number of times.Overall A good site to use for ideas and company to contact but usless you want a recruitment consultant to take a commission on your sallary I would uise purely for your own research.
