Good Points: ICON, Legend.. you name it that is the 1958 Corvette. The best year iteration of this automobile dynasty! Fabulous to drive - if not speed or cornering. Just fun!
Bad Points: Don't get one of these if you are not prepared to be noticed. Every single time the car leaves the garage you'll be drawing attention from little kids, big kids and their big sisters! I've yet to come somebody that doesn't have thier own unique story about the Corvette in thier own life. oh, yes! it does drink gas.
General comments: It took me 30 years to finally own my Chevrolet Corvette and we have been using it as our main summer car for local trips for 4 years now (even a few 300+ mile trips too). Maintenance is finally reducing as the car is claeaned up. (But then thats a classic for you.

The Chevrolet Corvette is cool, but so are all other Chevy's. They are very reliable. My parents have had one forever, and it never broke down. My grandma owned for about 15 years before she gave it to us, and then it still lasted about 3 years before it finally died. These things can go forever. I love Chevy's.
