Good Points: Good points about this phone is that it is light weight, cute to look at, and has many accessibilities. I love it. It is a small and convenient phone.
Bad Points: Although this is a great phone, it does have it's bad points. I too do not have very good reception in areas that I need it the most. I also can not change my welcome note and noone can seem to help me find out why.
General comments: The Nokia 5165 mobile phone is an overall great investment. I never do leave home without it. It does keep a great battery span and when I am bored it keeps me occupied with the *Snake* game.

I was able to easily figure out how to use the mobile phone within an hour of purchasing it, it's small, it's cute, good reception, good volume, battery charges fast and lasts for 15 hours on standby or 2-3 hours talking time.
