    Good Points: i think the good points are that:
    you can talk to your friends and famileys in diffrent countreys.
    i also think it is great because you can talk to your friends instantley.


    Bad Points: i think the bad points are that:
    you have to download the site to use it. you shold be able just to open it over the internet like facebook.


    General comments:
    i think its great that you can open MSN Hotmail and use it as and email or an instant chat.

    i don' know MSN Hotmail is just to plain for me if it was more flashy i've would've liked it keep trying to impress me it was well thinked from whoever did that that means they have a lot of imagination just keep on trying you'll see that it was just a matter of time

    We have had a good experience with MSN hotmail for the past few years. However, for no apparent reason it has become "unavailable". It is very frustrating to suddenly have all your e-mail unaccessable without any notice.

    MSN Hotmail is a reliable and good site for all who use basic emails services. I love the New sections and the Sports .

    I have been a MSN Hotmail user for 9 - 10 years and never had a problem until March 09. I have not been able to get in to my account. I have tried calling, they say I need to use the internet. I follow directions and it is still not accepting my password. So my rating is a 0 until I can open my account.

    MSN Hotmail is very good, WHEn I can connect to it !!!! Easy to use. Almost imposible to connect to through all links.

    All I want to do is open my hotmail e-mail and all I can get to come up is this stupid rate your satisfaction page. Well I am aparently not very satisfied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I can't find my e-mail or ever how to click into my e-mail address on hotmail so I can read my e-mail.

    Was very pleased with the old MSN Hotmail, Unable to access Hotmail since they changed format. If you can't fix the access problem, or go back to the old format, Hotmail is DEAD.

    Yahoo.com is easy to use and very reliable. I use it all the time since i can't get to my Hotmail account. I have several good friends on thew Hotmail that I have been unable to contact.

    Great service from MSN Hotmail since about 1992-1994. Bought a LARGE screen so I could SEE my emails. NOW with the new program, there are AD's on the right side of my screen. The ad's don't make me buy the products, just the opposite. If I could get the ads off, my rating would go back to 10!

    For some reason, I am no longer able to access my hotmail.com account. My logon fails and says that I have made too many attempts with an incorrect password. Funny, it worked for about 10 years! Now I have spent one week trying to get access to my emails on my hotmail.com account. I have tried reseting the password, but my verification data always seems to fail, even though I know the data to verify the challenge question.     I had a hotmail address many years and few problems but every now and then, msn says my password is wrong when it was entered correctly or makes me change my password for no other reason than a devious attempt to tax my memory.     I want my hotmail the way it was. Why don't you give people the option to change if they want or to stay with what they have. Now I can't access some important sent mail. I'll have to spend my time talking to some poor person in India who I won't understand and get nowhere. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!

    Don't use them. It used to be good but since it went live it's rubbish, I have had my email account for 8 years, I'm looking for another one.

    Occasionally quick connection however due to my experience I wish I had chosen another server, with hotmail.com I cannot get a connection except by chance. One dials in Hotmail.com and the sign in does not come up very often, therefore I do not recommend this email address service.

    I am having the same problem as the reviewer dated 13/10/08. Set up Hotmail account years ago and used it frequently with no problem since up to last month when suddenly Hotmail no longer recognised my email address and/or password although both were entered correctly. Secret question has also been answered correctly so don't know what is going on.
