  Good Points: Goes like the clappers - whatever they are.

  General comments: The 2005 MINI Cooper Cabrio is absolutely splendid. Roof down and screaming through the gears I had no trouble overtaking going up hill. The car performed superbly, which is just as well.

  The Mini Cooper Cabrio is a nice car. The savings made by removing the roof are not reflected in the retail price which remains high for a car with less steel than its roofed stablemates. Nevertheless, the car is a head turner. This is due to the effort required to see through the cloth roof obscuring the view of the driver to a dangerous extent.
