General comments: Detailed exercise information that isn't too tabloidy! The website follows on from a good magazine and is focused on the serious fitness fanatic.

Beware of subscribing to Men's Fitness magazine online. I responded to an offer online that offered 3 months free trial, with a refund guaranteed. It promised to refund my £9.99 after 3 months if I notified them, which I did, but they only refunded me £5. They said there was no record of me taking the offer. So make sure you get written confirmation of any offers before you sign over your direct debit.
