Good Points: Good general photographic magazine

Bad Points: slight bias to certain camera manufacturers
content started to get repetitive
photo judges tended to overcriticise at times
doesnt stand out from other camera magazines

General comments: I subscribed to this magazine and several others to a. help my knowledge of photography and b. to keep me awake during quiet times of 12 hour nightshifts. The content did seem to be repetitive after a while and i was keeping less of this magazine than others for archive. Readers submissions tended to get criticised a little too much and to the reader it seemed like one upmanship between each of the judges. There also appeared to be a slight lean towards one camera manufacturer also. It is not a bad magazine but in my honest opinion, there are better ones out there for the money.
