Great machine, would definitely recommend this Faema E91! Great quality coffee, copes with high volumes of coffees consistantly, never fails! The upgrade should have two water spouts though, much easier! (read more)

The Faema E91 Diplomat Cappuccino Machine is a very forgiving machine, I have two and they are in very high volume stands, I really like the shot timer, it helps the baristas keep the grind consistant. We replaced our La Marzocco's with these machines and it was a great improvement in the quality of shots. (read more)

Faema's E91 Diplomat creates a mean Cappuccino and Espresso. This machine is an all round winner. We have had about 4 different machines now within our chain of restaurants. This is the first machine that has been able to cope with the strong demand we have for our coffee. (read more)
