Good film magazine, doesnt hold back on it reviews and it indepth articles are well researched and written. Empire has went downhill in the last few years and this mag is the next in line in my opinion. It funny and informative and feel it gets stronger every issue.

I used to buy Empire, but it went off the boil a couple of years ago. They're always pinching Total Film magazine's ideas and writers now, but they still can't seem to recapture their glory days. Total Film on the other hand, I used to think was a bit rubbish, but over the last few years it's just got better and better. The writing's smarter, the reviews are the best around and the layout is easy to follow. And it really knows its film. And they give away great gifts!
