    just returned from panarama marina es cana, first class hotel, staff all helpful and welcoming, food excellent, so much choice! anybody that moans about the food , i'd love to see what they eat else where.
    entertainment good, don't very often return to the same hotel, but this one takes some beating

    Our eighth or ninth return and we have booked again for September and also June 2010.
    After marking time for a couple of years, the Panorama Marina Hotel has really outshone this year, perhaps because of its change of ownership, although outwardly the new owners are being very discreet about the change. Great improvement on entertainment, both team and performers. Enough to want us to go back for a late summer break. Food as good as always. Friends return regularly - it's almost home from hom ...

    Anyone could not fail to be impressed with the Panorama Marina Hotel - some areas were a little dated but it was spotlessly clean and the staff could not do enough for you.
    All the staff were the best I have known - a breath of fresh air.
    They were very keen to make our holiday as special as possible. It was my 1st thomson gold hotel but it will now be every time - brill!

    myself and the wife have just spent 11 days at es cana 23rd may to 3rd june 2009.The hotel for me gets top marks for me in all depts bar 1 which i will mention later.We will start with the dining room staff and menu out of this world.(even english bacon yorkshire puddings and crumbles with hot custard also food is served hot a rare find these days )Rest of staff superb.ENTERTAINMENT had to please eveybodys taste but thomsons have really tried and i would give 8/10 entertainment.Now the one down ...

    The Panorama Marina Hotel is in a great location!! great pool! nice food and very close to beach, the horse racing game on the fun fair is great fun and a MUST!! Overall a great holiday. Nice location.

    We come back to this hotel repeatedly after spending the intervening years in other Thomson Gold hotels. This September we had a room on the first floor overlooking the pool, which was a good place and we will try to obtain a room in a similar location next year.

    I would like to commend you and thank the staff of Panorama Marina Hotel on another smashing holiday. Great food 10 out of 10 for everything and many thanks for looking after me when I fell sorry for stressing you out. Already booking for same time next year. Entertainers great. See you next year

    Have just come back from 11 days, the weather was fantastic so that always makes the holiday seem good. Second visit to Ibiza Thomson Gold hotel, better hotel than the first time but the resort was much more commercial and a little bit tacky.

    First time in Ibiza: Welcome from Reception, exceptionally friendly. Welcome drink awaited us, whilst the bellboy delivered our cases to our room. The view from our room was of the pool and was wonderful. The room was spotlessly clean, pillows a little difficult to sleep on I found personally, but I found a way around that, so it wasn't a major problem. The communal areas were highly polished and the cleaning staff very friendly and polite. The choice of food at breakfast and dinner was amazing ...

    This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in and anyone who doesn't rate it highly must be extremely hard to please. Your every need is catered for and from the Manager down the service was outstanding. The entertainment was exceptional and everyone was made to feel very welcome. The position is ideal right in the centre of the resort what more do you need. Will definitely be going back.We had know complaints about not being able to get sunbeds there were plenty.     This is our 4th year going to the Panorama Marina Hotel in Es Cana. Unfortunately this year we had to wait for over 2 hours until our room was available and when we got it, it turned out to be a bin-view rather than the pool-view room we requested. The food was also not as good as previous years. But we had an enjoyable holiday and may return in the future.

    This was our fourth year at the Panorama Marina Hotel and we had a fantastic holiday. Every year we meet people from previous years and always feel like we have come home. We both feel that the cut in staff has affected the smooth running of this hotel but we hope that this will all be addressed for future years. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and know that we will be back again at the earliest opportunity.

    After being told that this hotel was excellent, we are very disappointed as we found it terrible. We were there for 2 weeks but wish we'd only booked for one week. The food in the restaurant was often lukewarm and the tables were left stacked with dirty dishes as there wasn't enough staff to clear them.

    This is our third year at the Marina Hotel and we have already booked for a fourth. We like the fact that there are no children, although we both have children at home. The entertainment team were great. The pool is wonderful and OK we get up early to put towels down on the beds. So What! We love it and if you are going to spend money on a holiday why not go back to what you know as opposed to what you may like? It's like going home and the people we have met are in their fifth or sixth year so ...

    When we returned to the Panorama Marina Hotel in Ibiza this year it was like going home. We had a lot of fun with the waiters and other guests, and the water aerobics was madness itself.

    The staff are good, and we had met the bar manager before, so it was like meeting an old friend.

    This year the Thomson entertainments rep excelled himself. he was a bundle of energy and fun.

    The Panorama Marina Hotel in Ibiza is a good hotel with good food and a good standard of accommodation, with very helpful and friendly staff. They will need to ensure they keep up the high standards otherwise it could all come tumbling down, Back again in June 2006.

    Thankfully the Panorama Marina was a good hotel in an otherwise dead resort. Es Cana is the pits. Even a day trip would be too long.

    Meals and accomodation were very good spoiled only by elderly claiming sun beds before it was even daylight. The only way to beat them is to join them unfortunately.

    Many people go back to this place again and again. Hard to believe when you're lying by the pool bored stiff. Apart from Heather the entertainment team were a waste of space.
