These sausages are possibly the worst sausages in the World. They shrank to half their original size mainly due to the huge amount of fat in them. The skins were so touch that they couldn't be chewed and they tasted terrible.
Having paid a premium for Organic sausages I expected something that at least was edible.

Tesco Organic Pork Sausages were absolutely foul tasting. The skins very tough and off putting as they dangle from the sausage when you cut it and the meat gritty. They also shrink to a fat chipolata size in the pan. So 2 sausages looks not enough but you won't want to eat them anyway. They went in the bin in our house. Nobody liked them. No plus sides at all I'm afraid. Organic but doesn't mean tasty. (read more)

I found this review somewhat helpful because although it gave some level of information on the taste and quality, it didn't really give an indiciation of certain details, such as price, what percentage is pork meat and how they compare against other brands.
