    centrum gives me a huge stomach ache and it's quite uncomfortable. i do not recommend this vitamin. the stomach pain is pretty ouchy.

    Ive been taking centrum for years and it was okay. But the new formula and smaller tablet gives me a bad stomach pain. I don't recommend the new formula of centrum.

    i have just read this reviews and im so shocked! my doctor put me on these a while ago because i have a very limited diet and im lacking in iron and therefore i was so tired ALL the time! since ive been on these ive been more lively and im doing a lot more exercise! although i have noticed that im hungry more often... people complain that they put on weight but DONT GIVE IN TO THE CRAVINGS! duh! lol!

    also, as far as stomach ache... i havent experienced anything like this. a went off the pills ...

    My relative from USA gave this recommending a multivitamin & multimineral tablets... so on.... I took one Centrum tablet after breakfast thinking that I might become Tarzan! Within few minutes I got stomach ache... and ache.. I rushed to my laptop and looked into the web and I saw these reviews!!! Everybody got stomach ache. I dont know whether manufacturer of these tablets seen these reviews....If he/they had... they would have stopped manufacturing these pain giving tablets. I dont know how m ...

    These vitamins helped me out alot i weighed 100 pounds when i started taking these now i weigh 110.....they have helped me out alot now i can actually fit my pants lol....they made me hungry so i ate ate and ate....i wanted to gain weight and these helped out alot....Thanks for helping me out with ur product!

    GNC Men's Sport work best for me. Any benefits were outweighed by the gut wrenching stomach ache these gave me. Terrible stomach ache - not discomfort - PAIN.

    I suggest you all look into a much better choice at your local health food store, there are better quality ones that will give you good absorption and no stomach aches. I used to work in that industry and I am happy to say you can even get organic multi vitamins from a company called "New Chapter"----I am loving them personally!

    This garbage always gives me stomach pains. and i'm not sensitive to anything due to stomach problems. this vitamin sucks. I just have it sittin there catching dust. BIG THUMBS DOWN. just me trying to be cheap.

    I think that the Centrum tablets are quite bad. Each time I have taken them they have given me a bad stomach ache. I had to stop taking them after only a short time so cant report any benefits form having them unfortunately.

    I would recommend these for people on the go like myself. I definitely feel an energy boost and also have had a feeling of more reserve energy and a slight increase in appetite. I've been taking them for about a month due to a sore rib injury playing basketball.

    I recount a discussion with a friend in NZ who ownes a portaloo business. He told me that at the end of events the loos having been used, require hosing out. (He luckily recounted this after dinner!) He said that I would be amazed at the sight of a small pile of nutritional supplment pills which had been excreted through the consumer virtually unscathed, once he looked closer and could actually see the brand - it was Centrum.

    Since I started taking Centrum on a daily basis I feel much more energetic. I also no longer feel the urge to snooze out 20 minutes after lunch anymore. I personally have not had any stomach upsets even taking them on an empty stomach. I highly recommend them for people on the go.

    Not sure if it is such a good idea to have so much in just one pill. Im thinking it might have been too hard for my body thus giving me a stomach ache
