  Good Points: Adds alot of volume, lengthens, makes lashes stand out, nice shaped wand, good packaging.

  
  

  Bad Points: Clumps, takes ages to dry, flattens lashes after they have been curled, smells funny.

  
  

  General comments: Recently, I have been doing a lot of research on bourjois mascaras and have been looking for one to suit me. I have read many reviews and according to a lot of them pump up the volume mascara was the best. So I decided to try it out. I bought mine for about £7.89 I think and I am glad that I have. The packaging isn't very eye catching, unlike others such as extreme volume clubbing and maxi frange waterproof. The bottle is very comfortable to hold although it looks quite small even though it is an 8ml bottle which is more than some of my other mascaras. When I took out the wand I noticed the distinct smell of the mascara. It smelt like some sort of cream but the smell didn't put me off. It has standard bristles and unlike some other volumising mascaras they weren't packed really close together. Now for the testing. First, I curled my eyelashes with a normal, un-heated eyelash curler although the curl didn't last for very long. When I applied the mascara I could definitely see the volume building up although there were clumps but not big ones. It did make my lashes a lot thicker and blacker but it completely weighed down the curl! Despite this I will still continue to use this mascara as it has been the best mascara I have used before and it really does 'pump up the volume'!

  This mascara is reasonably priced and non-irritating. I'm very pleased to have found it after using higher priced products for years, that every time the price went up and a new formula replaced an old one, the quality went down. Whatever Boujoirs is doing with this waterproof Pump Up the Volume, keep doing it!

  I bought this mascara in the blue color, and it lasted all day!!! Absolutely no smudging, even in a hot humid afternoon!!! However, the black Bourjois Pump Up the Volume Mascara does smudge; I don't know why...

  I loved Bourjois Pump Up the Volume mascara. As a huge fan of Bourjois, I expected good quality, but this mascara really was high standard. The packaging is stylish and modern. The wand is quite long, so it reaches all the lashes, and the mascara itself volumises and lengthens to various degrees. One stroke will give pretty, delicate daytime lashes, whilst two or three will ensure gorgeous, voluptuous lashes.

  All in all Bourjois Pump Up the Volume has been the best mascara I have used in a long time. I am really pleased with the look it has given me and have even been asked what I use in the streets. I would recommend it to anyone because I have quite short eye lashes and was amazed at how much thicker and longer they looked afterwards. Also it is great that it is long lasting unlike some over brands which are gone before you know it or dried up!

  Bourjois Pump Up is the perfect mascara for me, since I needed a mascara that can really "pump up the volume" without a problem and without wearing off after two or three hours. Plus, I really like its design- it's innovatory and it makes you an addict easily...

  Bourjois Pump Up the Volume Mascara is great it is easy to use and I never knew much about it before untill I watched the adverts for it. The adverts were effective and I noticed it straight away. The price is a bargain and the mascara does everything intended, it extends, thickens and creates a much bigger volume.
