I have booked quite a few holidays with www.holidayhypermarket.co.uk safe in the knowledge that as they are part of the Thomson/FirstChoice (TUI) group if anything went wrong my money was safe. It's sad that people complain without thought. Websites that sell holidays from other operators are sometimes at the mercy of outside forces. I have my own unrelated site and customers type in the wrong phone number or email address so I can't get in touch, they also don't read booking terms and conditions or any read this before booking info, a big bug bear for me is when they press the confirm (buy button) more than once and then wonder why they get billed twice.
But back to holidays if a tour operators system is down no travel agent online will be able book the holiday until it comes back up. So the price can change. Nothing is life is straight forward.
www.holidayhypermarket.co.uk are honest and trustworthy but operate in a world that is not perfect.... so please before you moan please sit back and think is everything you try to do in life 100% successful I bet the answers no !

Booked to go to Marmaris Turkey with Holiday Hypermarket , was promised a seaview and on the phone we doubled checked this point , only to find out it isn,t a seaview at all , was offered 56 pounds in compensation , no apology at all , we didn't accept and have taken the matter further . My partner is registered disabled and will stop in room when she is in pain , thats why room with seaview was important to us . We wanted to cancel but was told we would have to pay 1500 pounds even thou it wasn ...

Ive had an extremely frustrating time with Holiday Hypermarket and feel like i have been cheated. I booked online a holiday including paying the deposit. i received an email confirming that it was being processed but would receive a further email confirming the actual booking within 48 hrs. I didnt receive it so therefore called them when they told me the booking hadnt gone through and that the holiday that i presumed i had paid a deposit on went up £90!!! I was told it wasnt their fa ...

Easy enough website no problems at all. Found a holiday I wanted that was quite cheap in comparison, so I rang them to confirm and it was all booked within 30 mins of me getting online.

You try to book a holiday and go all the way to the bit where you enter your card details only to be told that its 'sold out'. Rang up their call centre but they were also very unhelpful!!

We were promised a family orientated resort, but Festival Village was dirty, and unless you slept in reception, we were not told about the 90 Euro room deposit. After all, First Choice had already got over £3600. There are too many bad points to list, but First Choice customer service will be hearing from us.

This was the first time we used Holiday Hypermarket, and I was so impressed. We wanted a last minute deal that was hassle free, and we got one. The girl who I spoke to was really helpful, and she gave me lots of advice on where to eat and where to stay away from. She even gave me directions on how to get to certain places to make our trip easier, and everything she told us was spot on. We stayed in beautiful apartments, and can honestly say, for the money we paid it was more than value for money ...

I booked my holiday in Turkey with Holiday Hypermarket. I found a few holidays on their website and rang up. The girl I spoke to gave me some pretty good advice about the place I went to (Kusadasi). I went to Ephesus, and I thought it was amazing. I would probably book with them again.

They do have loads of different holidays on the Holiday Hypermarket web site, so it's worth checking.

This is the first time that I have booked with Holiday Hypermarket and I was very impressed!
I haven't been on the holiday yet, but I was so happy with the service that I had to comment.

The web site was very helpful and easy to use.
The lady at Reservations has to be the most helpful lady I have
ever spoken to. She was efficient and called me back on several different occasions as promised. She was friendly, helpful and kind.

I found that the holiday was very good value for money, f ...

We went to Fort Kinaird First Choice Holiday Hypermarket in January 2005 to book our family summer holiday. We stated we would like an all inclusive. The travel agent we sat with then proceeded to advise us that they had some amazing deals for all inclusives to the Dominican Republic. So we asked to see and hear more info on this holiday, the girl then showed us the holiday in the brochure which was a brand new hotel, and all the extras such as a junior suite for the family which has a Jacuzzi i ...
