“Poor quality fabric”

I firstly would like to say how lovely the staff are in store however, considering you produce clothing for big girls, with chub rub, your fabric needs to be more durable. I could dress it up but why bother? It's fact. “Bad company ”

My husband orderd clothes for my birthday we have never been in debt .. They sent us out two of everything when we realised what had happened .we called simply be and spoke to a lady , who said if you pay the us the full amount we will stop any admin coming to you for reminders .. We paid the full amount and still we are on a bad credit rating ..we paid the amount but was being charged for admin charges.. “Horrible Customer Service!”

Ordered 5 dresses, ended up returning 3 of them. Received a credit that was $140 less than the amount of the 3 dresses. Called customer service and they claimed that I had been given a discount initially on my total order, plus free shipping, so this was all the money I had coming to me. “call centre problem of noise”

I am increasingly frustrated by the back ground noise when ringing in an order, making it impossible for me to be heard and the person taking the order to hear me! Today it was worse than ever, sounding like the operator was working in a turkey shed with all the birds gobbling at once ! “Horrifyingly SLOW shipping, products not worth the $$”

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SIMPLY BE!! Their clothes appear very cute online. However, they are not so great in person. The dress I ordered was suppose to be a soft floral print, once I actually got it, its bright and not at all like it appeared online!! I am so disappointed as the dress was meant for graduation. “Next day delivery doesn't exist.... ”

For the first time ever, I've dragged myself into the 21st century and placed an order online. I ordered a selection of items from Simply B - all in stock - and paid a premium for next day delivery. It's now 3 days later and no sign of my order...however it should be with me within the next 3 days = total 6 days! I had high hopes for the online retailer however the combination of poor clothing quality, archaic methods of doing business, and lousy customer service have convinced me to look elsewhere and never be a returning customer. “Bad to Non- Existant Customer Service”

I ordered a two piece outfit back in April or May. As soon as I ordered, I found out it was on back order. No other info and communication. Finally emailed them and they said it would be 5/31 for a ship date. No communication beyond that. I just received it today 6/24!!! I waited all this time an it doesn't even look like it did in the photo catalog and the fabric is awful. Oh and to top it is off, it is on sale now! “Next day delivery”

The 'next working day' delivery service is a joke. People request this service for a reason; to receive their goods the very next day. I feel it is I'll advised to offer this service to customers when they have absolutely no guarantee of delivering your items within the time frame. With a large bra cup-size I started shopping on Simplybe because they stocked a bra I couldn't get from a shop. My experience was fine then, so when they e-mailed me about a sale, I went to their site hoping to find a bikini (you don't get much selection for F-cups on most sites). I was really excited when I found a gorgeous teal halterneck bikini I used to have in another colour when I was a smaller size, and it was on sale! “The customer people who answer the phone here in the...”

The customer people who answer the phone here in the States are friendly enough but there is something seriously wrong with this company. Items ordered end up being out of stock but no one tells you this and I only found out after 5 or 6 phone calls. Then getting the refund has been excruciatingly difficult. It takes a number of phone calls to get any correct information from these people.
I haven't yet received any merchandise so I can't comment on the quality ....but I am not hopeful after… Read Full Review

First order arrived on time but one item too small, arranged return via website, no one came for two weeks. Emailed customer services, who apologised and arranged courier. However, I was then charged as this was over the 14 day free returns agreement. Other item poor - buttons fell off on first day of wearing.

I have used simplybe several times over the years. The quality is relatively good, but it's the cost that I find harder to bear.

Why does a pair of crop trousers cost £25 for example, when you can get 2 pairs of size 20 crops for £16-20 at other outlets. I often look on the site and think 'nope, too expensive, will go elsewhere...' and do. I find the same with Evans too - their prices are higher. Do not order if you want your items anytime soon.

next day delivery - ordered on wednesday, now friday evening still not here , maybe on monday (great when im sleeping due to nights this weekend).

Simply Be items are changed from being in stock to awaiting stock.

colour of items are changed without them asking you, i rang them they informed me they had changed my suit from black to ivory as they didnt have any, now im sorry ivory and black are as far apart from each other you can get.
