Returned item as size was wrong. Ignored for weeks. No email or acknowledgement of returned item for two weeks. Emailed customer services, some automated and useless reply, then nothing again for a week. After Another email they took another week to respond to that by saying the matter had been resolved. They have my returned item, have not informed me of any problems and yet still owe me.

You can give a company the benefit of the doubt for sending items that are faulty. You may even over look the fact they're slapdash about packaging the clothes with the correct product and size to match the clothes label. But in the same order!! And Then to make it worse the appalling customer service in response to asking for new, non-faulty and the correct sized items being sent again. Apparently you have to reorder and pay further p&p for their mistake, not to mention I only knew this because I kept emailing why I still hadn't had the items weeks after the original order. Normally when a company sends faulty goods or makes a mistake with an order, they send replacement at no extra cost to you and next day deliver so they're able to honour their own service agreements. NOT SO WITH SIMPLY BE, THAT TO INSULT CLAIMED I THEIR FIRST EMAIL THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES ON THEIR CUDTOMER SERVICE!! Shocking, avoid where possible

I have sent 6 emails requesting for my parcel to be collected. My parcel has still not been collected. However, they did offer me a 10% discount of my next order. This was my 1st time shopping with simply be, and its also my last!

However, the first two time I did wait in and no-one arrived I have complained AGAIN and all I get told is same stupid responce............we have booked a collection in 2 working days blar blar blar .........so far you have actually cost me approx £300 in lost earnings sitting around waiting for this ficticious courier!! Stop sending me useless emails and GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK !

Terrible company. Wish i could give them no stars because they didn't deliver. They tried to deliver three days running at exactly the same time, knowing I wouldn't be in, didn't let me change the address but then said they could leave parcel with a neighbor. then agreed to deliver on Saturday but just ignored that and said delivery had failed on the Thursday. Customer service cut me off because I didn't know my customer number then they said it will take 7-14 days to get a refund - absolutely terrible!

Slow delivery on items that are in stock, items then come in dribs and drabs, so you have to make more than one journey to collect (if you're not using the courier service) Website doesn't appear to want to take payment, each time I try to pay the screen freezes and message say's no payment taken. Chat feature doesn't ever have any advisers available to speak to, tried ringing to check if payment had been taken even though website said not (as I didn't want to pay twice) but real person available to speak to just an automated service. Very frustrating for a customer who's trying to make a payment. Once I'm certain my payment has been taken I will cancel my account.

I made a terrible assumption that SimplyBe was a reputable company.... I wish I had checked and paid attention to the reviews first before ordering! I ordered 2 pairs of boots, I even got a discount for being a first time shopper and the items arrived on time! Excellent I thought.... I ordered 2 pairs of boots, exactly the same, one in a 7 and one in a 8. If you are returning or exchanging anything please have your wits about you.... they suggest 'helpful' expensive ways of returning your parcel, when actually you can use the free post address. This is the only online/catalogue shop that I know that try to this, no doubt because Simply Be don't want to pick up the tab for the free post service! Secondly and most importantly.... I have been waiting over a week (excl return postage time) for my refund. This is an appauling turn around time. Most companies refund you immediately or at least within 2 business days. I haven't even had the courtesy of an email or an update on my account to say when they will refund my money. I will not be surprised if the money never arrives! Please spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

a second account set up in my name, they're billing me for it, they know it isn't me. They won't apologise, won't confirm the affect on my credit rating, won't sort the problem out (even tried to tell me it IS my account). I've suggested as the postal invoices have my address correct they could at least actually send me the items being ordered. Surely a SECOND account o the same address int he same name should flag up a possible fraud? erm apparently not. They're incompetent, rude and ineffective, I will never order with them again as I'm now stuck with this problem indefinitely because of some insufficiently trained minimum wage administrator representing the brand.

I ordered an item that was out of stock. I knew I'd have to wait a few weeks, when the psckage arrived I tried it on. It was obviously not the size I had ordered. I checked the package, yes it was 2 sizes too small. But there was another tab saying it was the right size. SO 2 sizes for the same item. I sent it back. Simply Be confirmed the return by saying I had returned the size I had ordered. WHAT? I could see it was no use arguing with them, so gave up. It would have been nice if they had offered to send the right size but as they said they already had what was the point? I would have liked to know beforehand that they are inefficient and couldn't care less about their customers.

I ordered somethingn online from simply be. It was for my 21st so needed it snappish- the delivery etc was great and arrived on time however when I was actually buying the product, NO WHERE did it say that they would bill me?? I kept clicking 'next' after filling in my details for delivery, thinking the next page would ask for my debit card details, however before I knew it I got a page saying my orders been processed and they will bill me at the end of the month!! This for a start annoyed me, as there were no wantings AT ALL! Next thing is, I return the product as I didn't like it. They have now been billing me every 28 days for a 2.99 postage fee for 2 years and 12.99 for every missed payment! What even is that?? Are they even allowed to charge this ?? I this it's shocking. I would never order from them again, people must get roped into this all the time!

I ordered 2 items from the site and was given a first time buyer's discount, which I was happy about. I received the product soon enough and couldn't understand where all the bad reviews I had read previously seen had come from. That was until I needed to organise an exchange of one item due to a faulty product/fabric (and I preferred a larger size of one item). As per their instructions I enclosed a return label and exchange label. As they were 2 separate labels, I (also(!!!) wrote on the return part that I'm actually exchanging the product. Next thing was an e-mail saying I'm being refunded for the product. When I queried this with their customer service, the reply stated that they have no way of holding onto my original payment if I want an exchange. So why provide exchange slips in fist place??? Ridiculous! This is what I queried further with their customer service, but 10 days later still have no reply. Seems that they only reply to messages that they like. Had I known this before, I would have paid more for the same type item elsewhere.

I ordered an item and as I was out Hermes put it in my worming bin with a card through door. Simply be said it was nothing to do with them what Hermes did and refused to give me contact details or apologise. The cost of ringing is extortionate. You cannot click and collect. Unlike Littlewoods they charge delivery. Useless.

Ordered items, waited in for delivery, instead got a generic email days later saying item was not in stock. Customer service was rude and suggested I was being unreasonable for not understanding that the website (or 'internet' as she kept saying) wasn't updated as often as the warehouse stock list. Reading other reviews it seems that many, many customers have had the same problem. DON'T EXPECT TO GET YOUR ORDER!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

On 2 separate purchases last year they made an 'error' with payments and tried to debit 2 lots of amounts from my debit card!! Bad enough but over the last few days, instead of refunding my card for a returned coat they've taken the purchase price again...Then after calling them and being promised a full refund by today... They've debited the delivery charge from my account again aswell!!! Apparently I mean nothing to them cos they've not even replied to my online complaint yet. This is beyond irritating, I could have been left with no money available in the bank thanks to these people...

Had a bra fitting at simply be store , assistant would not take no for an answer and practically held me hostage half dressed until I bought something . I complained to Simply Be who sent an insipid reply and said I would get a letter from the actual store ! I'm still waiting 6 months on . Beyond disgusting customer service ! Will never use this company again

To place and order online and pay for it is an nightmare. You cannot pay for your first order of place an order without filling out a questionnaire and then submitting it somewhere for approval to get a customer number. You then take this number and order. I only wanted to buy a dress pay with my credit card and go but not going to happen on this website The response I got when I asked if I could do this was "For security reasons, it will not allow you process your first order using a laser / debit / credit card online. Subsequent orders can be ordered online using your card once you receive a customer number." Unlike ever other website in the world including the likes of Amazon, littlewoods etc you can just pay and go, you do not need approval and a customer number, this is a joke

I never used that shop, never ordered anything from them, but they sent me a a letter in which informed me that they sold my account to debt collectors company - Lowell Portfolio. Now I have to deal with this company and they threaten me that they will go to court. Anybody know how to solve this problem? I don't know what to do :( if any ideas contact me on [email protected]

My partner is being hassled for a debt that does not exist as she has never had any dealings with this company. All contact to date from Simplybe has been by SMS text requesting call backs on telephone numbers that do not appear to relate to simplybe and would cost money to call. The general telephone number on the website goes to an automated menu system (and costs 10p per minute) - which goes round in circles and never gets to a real person. Sending anything to the general email address advertised on the website is pointless as it bounces back advising that the email was not delivered as the e-address has permanent fatal errors So in short it has cost me money to find out that the company appears to be un-contactable although attempting to collect money from us via their phone system!!! Would I deal with this company? - not on your life - STAY WELL AWAY
