    The only thing I can say about this site is do not use it. The catalogues look cheap and horrible, the clothes are pretty much the same, and the customer service is diabolical. I ordered several different items of clothing for a new job I was due to start and not only did two of them never arrive, but I was pretty much called a liar when I phoned them to get my money back. Since then, I have not used the catalogue, but they still call chasing me for money I do not owe, they cold call me at all hours and send letters asking for money with less than friendly overtones. I can honestly say that shopping with Simply Be was one of the worst shopping experiences of my life and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. I won't tell you what to do yourself, but I can honestly say I would never shop with them again, under any circumstances.

    I'm not plus size so I can't judge the clothing but I have terribly wide feet so I decided to try Simply Be out and order some shoes (it's very difficult to find fashionable triple E fit shoes!). I got myself some slippers, and my sister ordered a couple of pairs of boots, transferring the money she owed me straight into my account to save on delivery.

    Do not order if you want your items anytime soon.

    next day delivery - ordered on wednesday, now friday evening still not here , maybe on monday (great when im sleeping due to nights this weekend).

    Simply Be items are changed from being in stock to awaiting stock.

    colour of items are changed without them asking you, i rang them they informed me they had changed my suit from black to ivory as they didnt have any, now im sorry ivory and black are as far apart from each other you can get.

    I had nothing but problems with Simply Be from the very start.
    Ordered Items were cancelled without notifying me, when I ordered a replacement, it was a huge confusing mess.
    Delivery times were terribly slow and customer services were rather offhand.

    I love Simply Be I find that customer services are very good and understanding, I cant complain. I am very happy with them can't fault them in any way. Thank you for being great

    I have ordered massive amounts from simply b, but am constantly disappointed as the fit is terrible on me! Too big in the wrong places and too long etc. i am young and size 20/22 and consider myself very fashionable having worked in the fashion industry. i struggle to get the clothing i want to wear and have to customise most of my clothes. I think simply b tries but just does not get it right! Too boring with too many items with silly embroidery motifs! i can accessorise my self thankyou!!!

    I have been a Simply Be customer for about a year, my bill was down to £15.31 and I missed a monthly payment because I never received the bill which reminds me to make a payment.
    Simply Be contacted me and informed me that they had put a £24 late payment charge onto my account, i thought this was excessive and even though i promptly cleared my outstanding bill (for my goods only) they wouldn't drop or negotiate this excessive charge.     I have tried for a month to order 3 seperate items from them, and have had no luck. The items are constantly out of stock. I got an email from them today advertising a new range, so thought I'd give it one last try. I tried ordering a pair of jeans, no luck! They're out of stock! Surprise surprise! I give up!!     I have had to shop at simply be for the last 2 years due to my size, and being only young they beat all the other options ie Evans!I guess the good points are the exactly that. They do have good clothing, it can be quite fashionable. Its easy to shop online, although do watch out for one of their associated brands, crazy clearance, as they often sell the products about a month later for crazy prices, like a £40 top reduced to £5...They started me off with a £200 credit limit ...

    Ive been with simply be for about 6 months now and i must admit they do sell good high street clothes.Before that I hated going shopping because i could never find anything that fit me or looked good on me and some shops that do big sizes usually are the ones that stock what seems to look like granny clothes but simply be do all kinds.     You would better off going to a shop, rather than order or set up an account with Simply Be. I got silly delivery charges, late parcels (if they turned up at all), and I even ended up with someone elses order and got charged for it.

    I won't be using them again.

    I fell upon Simply Be. I ordered a set of bra's out of an ad in the TV Guide. Then got a catalogue sent through the post. Big mistake looking at it for my wallet, but great for my wardrobe. I am a size 20/22 so I do struggle getting clothes that are fashionable from the high street. Well, this has to be the best catalogue for larger women. I love the selection of clothes, the quality is super. I can get jeans that fit, dressy tops for going out in that are not frumpy. I fell like a woman ...

    My wife loves Simply Be (www.simplybe.co.uk). I do the ordering and yes, it's my credit card that takes the bullet, thanks to this site.

    But if it keeps her off my back for a few weeks, then it's worth the pain. 'Her indoors' says that this is the place to go for the latest fashion, and I have to admit, compared to some of the high street shopping we do, this seems competitive. Everything turns up when it should, and is also intact - which helps.
