    GO Airlines is a HORRIBLE airline!
    They lost our luggage in Hawaii while making us run from one packed plane to another across the tarmac. Claimed they would deliver to our door but never did and lied about it. We were screamed at and hung up on. When we finally received our bags they tore one bag and made us jump through hoops to file a claim. They never responded to the claim. So again we had to start calling them.

    Finally, three months later, they sent me a FORM letter stating that - although we took forever to respond to your claim with this STUPID letter, we are not responsible BUT we really do care and we hope you fly with us again...

    They might as well take the CARE right out of that department's name!

    By the way, this is the same airlines that on Feb. 13 overshot its final destination of Hilo, Hawaii, by 15 miles. The flight's pilots could not be contacted for about 25 minutes during that time.

    Only 20 people in line in front of me, but still took one hour to make it to counter.
    Once at counter I was told I was "too late". There was no final bording calls or did the staff check to see if there were any passenger that were still waiting in line.
    I felt that you get better service at McDonalds !
    Staff seemed like they did not really care, and all they talked about was there next day off

    Before arriving at the airport, I called GO ahead of time and was told the flight I was scheduled to fly on was running 10 minutes late. When my boyfriend, his daughter, and I went to the Go counter, we were told our seats were sold because we missed our cut off time and our flight had been oversold.     Go Airlines offer smaller planes and more reasonable rates than the other two Hawaiian airlines. Go's website was easy to navigate. Plane was clean and comfortable. Beverage service was not free.
