    Good Points: Affordable
    Good Picture Quality
    Looks Nice
    Good Sound


    Bad Points: Some occasional picture blurring
    Seem to have lost a cm of picture on the left hand side of the screen.


    General comments: I bought a Toshiba 28ZH37B at an affordable price. Generally works pretty well. Picture quality reasonable allthough some stutters on fast moving stuff.

    Sound is also pretty good.

    One annoying problem however is that I seem to lose a centimetere off the left hand side of the picture. Not really a major problem but slightly irritating when trying to read text that spans the whole screen.

    I bought this Toshiba 28ZH37B Widescreen TV because it was an affordable (£450) 100Hz TV and the picture in store was very good indeed. The clarity and contrast is top notch.

    However, I've just given back my 2nd TV and I'm now opting for a Philips.

    The problem is that the 28" flat tube is just very poor quality. Whilst definition and colour and contrast is good, there is definite staining in the top corners and middle of the screen, especially noticeable on bright single colour pictu ...
