Ordering on the website was simple and we got exactly what we wanted. The wheels arrived early, however one of the centre caps snapped as we put the wheel on. Roachford tyres replaced it free of charge. All sorted out via e-mail, the customer service was spot on. The guy we dealt with responded quickly and we would use them again.

After reading the reviews above I became quite worried as I had already placed my order and it sounded like they were reluctant to give refunds etc. However, my wheel and tyre turned up two days after ordering (8:30am), was correct and well packaged and I can't fault them. Although the "Live chat" feature doesn't work, I gave them a ring on Tuesday (order placed on Monday) to check that everything was OK, as my order status hadn't moved on, and they said it would be with me tomorrow (and it was) ...

Ordered wheels from Rochford Tyres which they guaranteed would fit. The wheels arrive but don 't fit because of my front brake callipers. When I ordered the wheels I informed them about make and model and the break callipers are standard to my model. THey sent me 4 cheap 5mm non centered spacers that didn 't do it. I sent them emails and told them that I needed lager spacers but no reply. I sent more emails but still no reply. I even offered to pay for larger spacers and longer bolts but still ...

Rochford Tyres wheels not available at time of order. not told of only 6month guarantee, on wheels i ordered, finish on wheels started to flake off after 6.5 months ,poor me up creek without paddle.wrong spacers delivered with wheels.

Would def. Use again. Delivery in 2 days after order, website very easy to use. Had no problems with the customer serivece.

Ordered Lenso 18s from Rockford Tyres. Later got phone call to say it would take 8 weeks to get the tyres - I could go into town and buy them off the shelf in 1/2 an hour! Later after another week said they did not have the alloys. Their website boasts of 8800 wheels and 2000 tyres in stock. Customer service is not good at handling the difficulties they bring on themselves no real skills at dealing with complaints.

I wish I had read some of these reviews before dealing with Rochford Tyres.
I paid for new wheels in full and was told to expect them in 2/3 days. 3 days passed so I called back only to be informed that they had the wheels but no bolts and that it would take 3/4 weeks to get the bolts made up but they couldn't send the wheels out seperately as they are sent with the bolts - so I was given a delivery date of today (13th August) and took the day off my work.
Sitting in - heard a knock at the door ...

In general Rochford Tyres are good, but taking into account the above I was lucky I don't want to fit the centre piece and the 8 bolt holes look OK.
In summary good price and condition but as for all internet purchases from a popular store you have to trade that off with luck of the draw. If you want complete ease of mind go local and pay more.
In my case the good sides were good and being me the downsides turned out positive anyway. But are you a perfectionist?

I bought a set of 17'' Wolfrace Bushido alloys with 225 45 Toyo proxes t1-s tyres for £475 on the website. The website is easy to use and has a wheel simulator which even tells you what size of tyre and alloy is suitable for your vehicle. Items arrived quckly and in excellent mark free condition(even though they had been lited as ex display) they even threw in a set of locking nuts or free. contact with them was easy with thier online chat facility with customer support.

I ordered 91v rated tyres and alloys from Rochford Tyres and received 87v rated tyres. I phoned them up and they say they never said they would fit 91v's. I will never use these guys again!

The first 2 sets of wheels I ordered from Rochford Tyres were unavailable but they didn't contact me to inform me about this. 3rd set were ok but were supplied without spigot rings, it took another month to deliver spigot rings. I will not use them again

www.alloywheels.com have an excellent webshop, I would recommend them to anybody. Delivery was on the same day as my card was debited - very impressive - and the wheels were in good condition.

I ordered a set of Team Dynamics Jet alloys and Toyo Proxes T1R tyres, all showing as in stock, on 15/06/07 and my card was debited for the full amount at the same time. On 19/06/07 I received a call to be informed that they couldn't get any stocks of the wheels I ordered and so chose another set and was debited for the difference, delivery date given for 25/06/07. On 22/06/07 I received another call to be informed that they didn't have the model of tyres I had ordered so agreed to have the Toyo ...

Fitted the Rochford Tyres to my car, very impressed with the service I received. Nice bunch of guys, sales guy was ace. Pimped up my ride good and proper. They seem to have thousands of alloys in stock. Price was unreal.

Had my wheels fitted by Rochford a while ago now. I was unfamiliar with alloy wheels but Rochford showed me a selection of wheels in the style and colour that I wanted which would fit my car. Once they were chosen they were fitted straight away and all for a very good price. I had a set of 18" Wolfrace Mantis for a Focus. Very friendly people.

Been dealing with Rochford Tyres for couple of years now, and must be on my fifth set off Alloys : MX3 V6, SX 200(S13), SX200 (S14) ,Celica GT4 and GTI
I recommend them to the Various Car Forums I participate in and wouldn't go anywhere else
Great prices, Quick delivery and helpful staff.
Only ever had one problem where the Wheels sent wouldn't clear the Calipers and Dave kindly sent a free set of Spacers Next Day!
Highly recommended , EXCELLENT!
