My experience of Rochford Alloys. Went online found some great looking alloys, decided to go for the package deal with tyres fitted as well. I am no tyre expert so after choosing online I rang to speak to one of Rochford sales team, I was assured that everything was fine. After the order had been processed, I was asked by e-mail to send in a copy of my ID and a bank statement. This was not stated anywhere on the site.
Very suspicious.
The money was already reserved on my account.
I sent in a pic of my drivers licence and got a confirmation that the transaction could proceed.
6 days later, I asked for an update on the delivery. The answer was that they still were awaiting 2 forms of ID..........

Worse service I have ever experienced online. Quote 1-2 day delivery then after they have your money they ignore you.
Took 3 weeks of trying to get any form of response as to why my parts haven't arrived (despite initially being told twice that they had been sent out) but gave up as they just ignored my requests.
Had to get PayPal involved and after they ignored their requests too, I finally got my money back and purchased from a decent company.

Ordered wheels from Rochford Tyres which they guaranteed would fit. The wheels arrive but don 't fit because of my front brake callipers. When I ordered the wheels I informed them about make and model and the break callipers are standard to my model. THey sent me 4 cheap 5mm non centered spacers that didn 't do it.
