Ok this firm I have purchased from before and had no issues. So I thought let’s get another set of rims and tyres for my new Porsche. I should’ve looked elsewhere. Shocking service, being lied to about delivery, dispatch and shipment number. I just wanted honesty and integrity. Receiving the rims to find they had been balanced then noticed my tracking was out on fitment so I had them balanced again (I only covered 2-3miles on them) and the balancing was shocking. To quote the chap, these weights have just been stuck on. Anyway after them being 2 weeks late and not fit for purpose I’ll never purchase from these guys again.

popped along to the showroom to talk about some new 20" wheels for my van, there was around 5 or 6 staff sitting around chatting some in the reception area others in the workshop and one customer vehicle. We didn't even get a "hello" when I asked about if we could look upstairs the reception staff said "yeah it's open" and that was all the interaction we received. We were there for around 20 minutes enough time to look at wheels and decide on the style we liked. so returned downstairs to find all staff where now in the workshop and no one showing any interest in us we took our 20" £1500 sale to your competitors in Basildon.

Ordered 5 wheels, four turned up correctly, one completely different. Four weeks later and um still waiting for this to be resolved. When I ordered, I subsequently found the wheels at a cheaper price, but Rochford tyres told me not to buy from the cheaper company as they had a bad reputation. Wish I had now. I'd never recommended this company.

Order placed on Saturday and told items would arrive on Tuesday 25 August 2015. I haven taken a day off work, waited in and made several phone calls and nothing has arrived. Rockford Tyres state the items were collected yesterday at 3pm and the delivery company state my consignment was not there. There has not been any typhoons, earthquakes or military conflicts between Rochford and Edinburgh and I totally sick of getting fobbed off. Don't waste your money , go elsewhere and save any hassle.

I was obliged to buy my sons Citroen C1 as he needed a bigger car and I had given my Fiat 500 to my daughter. The C1 was fine, but looked rather plain so I decided to get some nice alloy wheels on it. The ordering process was easy on line and the wheels arrived within 48 hours. The C1 looks much the better for it.

Found what I wanted quickly on the website, ordered on finance with Interest free credit. A few days later the wheels arrived which were very well packaged. The quality of the Wolfrace wheels was very impressive and my car now look stunning again, really impressed thank you guys. Will be recommending this company to my friends and colleagues.

Good customer service and quick response. Helped with so that it was the right size of the tires. fast delivery and good packaging. Really pleased with wheels , suited to the car and improves the look.

Ordered Wednesday afternoon received 8 o'clock the next morning, extremely easy kit to fit just like changing a wheel,I've now got 235/45/17 BMW wheels on my Renault trafic which are a million times better than the steels.Don't bother trying to alter your alloys to fit like people say on Google just by the right kit first as last and forget about it, good price too,I'm well happy thanks.

Very pleased with wheels and tyres - Avon ZZ5. The wheels came well packaged to prevent transit damage and were in perfect condition. They were easy to fit with the fitting kit and car looks great.

As soon as i emailed them regarding a specific need for the tyre size i wanted, they were quick to sort this out for me and also get it sent out on time with no problems at all, quick and reliable, i would recommend this company :)

My car was running fine ( it had a small split in the engine vacume pipe but this did not affect the running ) i pick up my car and the advisory tells me about the split pipe ( which is almost out of site, so much that you have to go looking for it ) on my way home my revs start jumping from 800 - 1000 on idle ( one of the signs of a split pipe, the other being a sticking idle valve ) i get a new pipe fitted and no change, i have the valve looked at and its spotless inside... a possible sign that it was recently cleaned, its will cost me £60 for the part and maybe £40 fitting it I'm 100% certain they swapped out my part for one of their own cars faulty parts Also about 10 years ago i was getting 2 tyres fitted when the manager came out and yelled at a fitter about leaving wheen bolts laying around and he kicked the bolts from a customers car causing one to bounce and hit the bodywork I had no idea that my mechanic used Rochford tyres for MOTs, next time i'll state that he is not to talk my car there again

I bought some wheels from this company, the staff were rude unhelpful, and then sold me wheels that A were completely the wrong size for my car and the bolts they gave with them didn't even fit the wheels, returning them they couldnt care less, I have spoken to several people who have said very similar things
