Good Points: good selection of trainers can't think of any other good points
Bad Points: I thought customer service was non existent. I don't want staff to fall over me but a little pleasantness helps, putting matching shoes in the box would also be nice
General comments: I bought 3 pair of trainers in Footlocker in the Florida Mall while on holiday from Ireland, unfortunately I did not check the contents of the box until I was giving them to my son on my return from holidays to discover that the employee who served me gave me two completely different shoes.I rang the store at my own expense to be told they can't ship a shoe, and there is nothing they could do. I am still trying to get it sorted out hopefully from this side of the Atlantic either way I am out of pocket and I have a very disappointed son. I will not be shopping in Footlocker again . The moral of this story is check your purchases!

I regularly buy my sport apparel and trainers from Footlocker. On my first occasion since shopping at Footlocker I went in for a refund for some trainers, which the person I bought them for didn't like, but the customer service was absolutely awful. I will not shop at Footlocker again.

A year ago I bought my son a pair of basketball trainers and cleaning spray on the same receipt. After a few weeks they began to squeak really loudly in one shoe. When I returned them the manageress insisted that they had been put in a washing machine because they still smelt fresh and it was apparently the only reason that trainers squeak, either that or a very deep puddle. Footlocker have a very large range of clothes and trainers, track suites and shoes, and also the quality of the items you buy 99.9% of the time is very good.
Customer service could be a bit better because there are usually very long waiting times in queues. Maybe they could put another desk in or hire a few more staff.
It is a very good shop and I like everything they sell!

Footlockers returns policy is the worse I have ever seen.
Having bought a pair of white Nike trainers from Footlocker I had to return them to the store in Edinburgh to get the next size up, The staff, especially the Manager were totally unhelpful to the point of rudeness.
Despite the fact that the soles of the shoes were pristine white (as they had not been worn), the Manager insisted they had, pointing to a very slight greyness around the cuff of the right one. When I pointed out this was ...

Overall if you are a sports fan, then you would love it inFootlocker. Though if you are a cheap, girly type, stay out.

Foot Locker is the place to buy the latest T N hats and trainers they also sell a big range of Nike shox you can also buy basketball jerseys tracksuits and many of other top brands such as and Reebok and kswiss.
