Bad Points: I am 78 and am concerned about the aspartame.
General comments: Schweppes Tonic Water has reduced my nightly leg cramps to none. I drink the diet type and am now wondering about the phenlalaine. I do use the diet type and drink ghd 33.8 oz bottle in 2 days. I love the taste. I suppose I should drink the regular and not diet.

I have "restless leg syndrome", and am using "requip" for it. The Quinine flavored tonic water (also) definitely helps. No doubt about it at all. I use both Schweppes and Canada Dry varieties, whichever I can get. My wife also uses it to help with leg cramps in the (early) morning hours during sleep. It (either brand) also helps her.- Read Birchstick's review (82 words)

It is as you would expect, there isn't much difference between any of the tonics if you ask me.
Though, I must admit I never drink them as they are, I always use Schweppes Tonic as a mixer.- Read Jason E's review (63 words)
