This tonic water and other schweppes products are great mixers.

Schweppes Tonic Water has reduced my nightly leg cramps to none. I drink the diet type and am now wondering about the phenlalaine. I do use the diet type and drink ghd 33.8 oz bottle in 2 days. I love the taste. I suppose I should drink the regular and not diet.

I have "restless leg syndrome", and am using "requip" for it. The Quinine flavored tonic water (also) definitely helps. No doubt about it at all. I use both Schweppes and Canada Dry varieties, whichever I can get. My wife also uses it to help with leg cramps in the (early) morning hours during sleep. It (either brand) also helps her.

It is as you would expect, there isn't much difference between any of the tonics if you ask me.
Though, I must admit I never drink them as they are, I always use Schweppes Tonic as a mixer.

I have been very disappointed lately as the Schwepps Tonic Water is FLAT, no fizzz, just flat. I buy the small glass bottle six packs for the conveniance and freshness. So I thought.
