Good Points: Dialaflight are great the only English speaking travel agent open at 10pm that you can understand. All call centres I have used are in the UK and all agents are very helpful. I don't mind paying more for the service.
Bad Points: None really
General comments: I do not understand people who write reviews saying they never have tickets, is everyone so stupid to think that you can get an unlimited number of seats or that travel agents buy then re-sell seats! A Plane has only so many tickets and so many seats not everyone can get what they want. People do need to wake up! I dealt with Theo he was very helpful and even checked to tell me when the seats advertised became available as they were not on the day I wanted to travel, so I guess if we are more flexible we can get the deals we want as I did. I re-arranged my holiday with work and got the deal I wanted. Dial a flight all the way!

I have travelled with dial=a=flight since l998 to and from USA/ I always ask for the same agent. Prices very reasonable from the airport I want to the seat on the plane I want, and in an emergency a decent hotel at a good price. Paperwork arrives in good time.
I have given up trying other agents, I start with dial-a-flight and have always got what I want.

They promised to answer the phone in five seconds and it was picked up immediately before the phone rang. Their web ste also tells you who has stayed at each hotel and if they are in the office so you can speak to someone who has been there.
I would use them again. I was very impressed.

I just did a search on their website and found a good price for a flight. When I phoned he said that flight wasn't available. I said that I had just seen it on the web site after doing a search and he said that we only put the best price, not if its available. I asked what's the point of putting a best price if its not available, if it's not available then it can't be classed as your best price.
He did however offer me another price which was more than double the price.

Dreadful never ever will I use this company again. Shocking dial a flight will not touch ever again the sales team where useless only want to flog you most expensive deal. Afterwards if you need help they dont want to know, they advertised the exact holiday i booked 600.00 cheaper 3 months later and told me tough and said i could cancel but they would keep my 800.00 deposit so beware do not give them big deposit as they will keep it all if you try to cancel.

No matter how cheap I will never use Dialaflight again and in the end we only saved £50 compared to BA.

Simple easy to use and cheap, there is nothing bad for me to say about Dialaflight they have been a pleasure to use! Well recommend to anyone looking for a travel website.

I have used dial a flight two years ago for a trip to Las vegas, they arranged everything.......fantastic service.....especially a girl call Helen, she was excellent at her job ( I'd changed the hotel 3 times!). This year we are doing L.A. and Las Vegas......with dialaflight......of course!!!!!

I am amazed only 1 or 2 have mentioned this.I have tried to fly to New York with them on many occasions and no matter how early or late i enquire the prices quoted on website are never the same by a mile.
Excuse is that the flights are sold out even at off peak season and booking months ahead !
I personally will not deal with such a shady company that somehow are always out of tickets for that fare quoted on website but seems to have many more expensive tickets for the same flight.

I was impressed with Dialaflight right from the beginning. My call was answered after the second ring, the person I spoke to was extremely polite and knowledgeable and I they really did go out of their way to help put together all areas of my holiday, I needed tours, hotels and cars all over the place and they did it without any problems at all. They were cheaper than anyone else but to be honest even if they had have been a bit more expensive I think i would have booked with them purely because ...

Constantly chased Dialaflight for seating/meal requests on flights & check in time confirmation with hotel. Did it myself in the end - it was very easy, they are just lazy.

I booked a holiday for November to Australia but had to cancel for a fare costing £2300 they are charging £1000 to cancel even the operator thought this was over the top beware of this company.

I have used Dialaflight on more than one occasion and have found them extremely helpful. Once you have been quoted, you are given a name and number to call with any queries. You can always speak to the same person which is very helpful. They will check out the best and cheapest dates and routes for you.
The staff is very helpful and I have recommended friends to them who have also been pleased with the service.

The prices Dialaflight shows on the website are never available, they are always sold out on every flight I have ever looked for and subsequently phoned about. The excuses are lame, but it is too much of a coincidence that the flights are always sold out. I wouldn't use them on principle now.

For about two years now I have booked with online travel sites. Maybe I am unlucky but I have had problems on every online booking. Where it all goes wrong is when you can't contact anyone or you end up speaking to customer service call centres in another country who don't understand you. I have two examples of why I rate Dialaflight.

Dialaflight arranged flights & hotel for us. We were unlucky enough to arrive in Beirut three days before the Israelis started bombing. Throughout the whole sorry business they exhibited considerable concern for our welfare, and since our return, have quickly arranged a refund of unused hotel costs and are working to obtain a refund of the unused return flight.

The flights that I booked with Dialaflight were cancelled in January. I still haven't received my money back 5 months later. Customer services say they can't understand why I haven;t received it. Very helpful. I will never ever use them again, EVER!
