    Ordered a Media Centre case and hard disk on Tuesday afternoon with 3 day delivery, arrived next day before noon.
    Very fast service and even although case is generic model very pleased with build quality.
    Accurate descriptions of all goods supplied.

    This is the worst customer service I have ever seen, the product i wanted, was paid for next day delivery and then i had to call the next day to ask them if it had been dispatched as they do not send emails confirming your payment or dispatchment. They then told me we do not have any in stock. I asked for a refund and will never EVER buy from them again.

    This company is running on a shoestring claiming they have stock when they haven't.
    The worst thing of all is that they will tell you that your full & complete order has just been dispatched & will even pass your call on to the'Dispatch area"" so that you can talk to the dispatcher,.... these people will all tell you whatever you want to hear but never the truth. Then when you discover that 75% of the goods are missing they take 6+ weeks to refund your card.

    Ordered from Eclipse, I was a bit sceptical as reviews were terrible. First time I called up even though web site said item was in stock it wasnt, so I called again a few days later and the guy said the item was now in stock (still web site said 'should be in stock') I placed an order and next day the item is with me. What more can be said? Im very happy, only thing I would say is call in 1st to make sure the item you want is in stock. Otherwise you shouldn't have a problem.

    I was a little worried about using Eclipse Computers after reading some of the reviews on this page. I decided to speak to them directly instead of ordering through the website. My goods arrived the next day. No complaints, will definitely use them again.

    Just bought computer from Eclipse Computers and when i ordered the guy said 5 to 7 days delivery.
    Received calls from them as they hadnt got parts in stock and would i change graphics cards etc.
    Tried to get some money off but they were not interested,hence will not use them again.

    Eclipse Computers are rubbish advertise low prices but are out of stock then try to sell you something else. sent me any email saying out of stock but when I checked my bank they had taken the money from my account. If you are only saving a couple of pounds go else where its best in the long run.

    No delivery after 1 week so called Eclipse computers to chase and told out of stock. I emailed to say that I would like to cancel order and for refund to be issued. After 3 weeks this still wasn't actioned. Phoned to chase, long time on hold. Yet to see if refund will be issued. Personally wouldn't use again.

    Eclipse Computers are a waste of space tried paying on two differnet cards, Visa Debit and Visa Electron both not takenm. Not even an option to pay with paypal. Never even received an email saying there was a problem. Total waste of space.

    I live in Coventry and work in the IT industry. For years I've used Eclipse for instant purchases as they are the cheapest around. Overall, I will never use them again. They sales guys know what there talking about but lets be honest, if you know something about IT you should be able to work in a computer store.

    If you want to wait for your order for ever then order from these Jokers
    Be very wary as to the stock indicator, 'Normally in Stock' means nothing

    Don't expect delivery in 2-3 days from Eclipse Computers. Stock ordered when order placed. Ordered tv and was notified after 2 weeks that the supplier no nonger carried that item. Ordered another model and then had a problem with delivery. Sales team have a "whatever" attitude and were the rudest i have come across. When i kept enquiring about a tracking number for my order they kept me waiting for 3 days and then supplied it in email an hour after the delivery was made at my home. Very usef ...

    Credit where credit is due. I placed an on-line order with Eclipse Computers for Peach SnapPrint cartridges (The Cartridge People no longer sell them) and within the hour received a phone call apologising for fact that they were not in stock - but would be within the next 3/4 days. Was that OK with me? A week later (with a weekend and Bank Holiday Monday in between) the package arived safe and sound.     Item received was damaged. The packaging wasn't though, so it is unlikely to have been transit damage. Informed Eclipse of this and got a response to my third email after 10 days. To cut a long story short, they made a claim through Royal Mail for the damage - which took a further month. I continued to email them on a weekly basis to secure a refund. They had the item collected before finally returning my money. In all, a two month process.

    Eclipse Computers is cheap yes but stock not necessarily carried even though it is on the website. The customer service line has a "could not care less attitude " that is a real pain to deal with. They make you feel that you are bothering them and they can be damn right rude Not what you expect from a so called professional companyIf you can afford the difference in price go elsewhere.

    Ordered a motherboard which did not work, returned it to Eclipse Computers with rma. Waited weeks, didn't hear nothing. Called them on phone lots of times. Rude, arrogant and unhelpful. They put the phone on me a few times. Kept saying they've sent me a cheque even though they hadn't.Dragged on for weeks, took them to court and I won by default - they didn't turn up.Cheque was then posted in an envelope, not sent recorded and no letter of apologise.

    The Eclipse Computers website does not accurately represent they stock. I ordered a laptop fan from their webste and something like a week later I got an email saying they can't fulfill the order, as they don't have the fan in stock. I'd avoid this company if possible.

    I bought gamer pc from Eclipse Computers they gave me a delivery date which changed twice but never once told me. When i finally got the pc it was damaged (i know this is not their fault). Finally the pc went off with big bang and took pc back to them in person.

    I ordered all the parts for a new computer from Eclipse Computers at the end of November, and by christmas day I still had nothing. Most of the stuff arrived over a month late with the exception of the mother board which after three months wait I gave up and asked for a refund, and even that took days.
