Good Points: New Look has fabulous range of clothes.... at affordable prices
Bad Points: Mens wear should also be concentrated on. Only very few shops have them.
General comments: Must have clothes from NewLook

I do find New Look to be quite overpriced, what New Look tends to sell is clothes simular to those you would find in Primark for a fraction of the price. I find that New Look clothing easily falls apart and fades, this is no problem as New Look isn't really a store which sells key items of clothing fit to last years, it is pretty much a quick fashion fix to buy the next passing trend. The jeans in particular fade and lose shape after a few washes.

New look is a great shop, I love its great prices and most of the time good range of clothing and wicked colours but the sizes are mad some of my jeans from there are a 10 and others are a 14 surely the sizes on the label must have got mixed up or something

All of New Look's clothes are excellent really fashionable. Great for people with a good fashion sense. Reasonably priced. All together a great shop.

Great choice of styles. Excellent range. Good service. Great for people with a taste for high street fashion. Could have more shoes, and the staffs uniform/clothes could be more colourful and fashionable, because people can be put of by boring clothes that the staff wear. Overall very good. Lovely service.

Love the range of shoes you can buy and for a reasonable price. Also love the jewelry! The shop is so messy and it is really hard to find what you want! Also because the shop is messy people are treading on the clothes and the staff are still putting them back on the rails and trying to see them!

Overall, they have lovely staff members always will to help and always smiling, I think merchandising needs more work to it not very attractive and eye catching, and i think people skills and communication needs to be worked on in that store for on managers.

They have a lot of clothes to pick from, however in my opinion the sizes are weird.
I try on 12 and there too small so I try on 13 and there massive and I have to take them up on the leg?
However, overall New Look is a great shop where I get all my clothes from.

The shop has a good layout and a variety of different colours of some items. The majority of items are reasonably priced, making it a good shop for students! It is quite easy to return items. In the two branches I have visited, the staff often border on rude. They are sometimes too busy chatting to serve quick enough and hardly speak a word to the customers. On a few occasions, items have not been correctly priced. I also struggle to find shoes in the right size. As a size 7 there are often none ...
