    I think that new is rubbish I ordered goods worth 295 pounds they promised me that it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days it never came and they had the cheek to tell me that there is nothing they could. New look could never track my package and said i had to wait 21 days for a refund, I advise every woman not to use newlooks services they are rubbish.

    I have ordered 13 items of clothes also some shoes I had standard delivery and it has been 4 days which is right i checked my account and it said they had been delivered to a new look near me so they should come in about a day. I love New Look it is one of my favorite shops (the others are Primark, Peacocks and next) I think it is a fab shop and would recommend it. I also love there website it is REALLY easy to use! I love how they have set it out.

    Well new look is a lovely shop what sell funky clothes. But today i was very upset with the fact you have too be 16 too buy false eye lashes. i need false eye lashes cause i do allot of shows. I think it is very stupid of the fact you need too be 16 to buy some fake lashes. I hope you sort this out new look. because my mum had too buy them because I'm only 14

    New Look is poor service coupled with poor stock. Same old clothes every year.

    New Look is one of my favourite clothes shops (others are Primark and Peacocks). It is a great shop with all kinds of varieties, like clothes, shoes, pyjamas, jewellery and more! There is a wide range and there are a lot of sales and the changing rooms are good quality which is very important! I go there loads, usually every Saturday and sometimes on a Sunday or on a Thursday when it's late night shopping. Shopping is my favourite hobby- if I had a lot of money I'd do it full time!

    i am from Africa and majority of my shoes are new look there shoes r really stylish but i think the should try and make sure the raw materials they use can withstand the heat and other factors invlolved wen they r packaeged and put into ships to avoid the peelingof the shoes.

    i ordered online as my local branches of new look do not have the maternity range, which isn't on to start with. because of this is why i ordered online.
    i paid for express delivery which is supposed to be 1 - 2 workings days. this was 9 days ago now and despite them having taking the £65 from my account i still have not received the goods.
    not impressed at all. have spoken to the head office and they said they will refund the delivery charge but will not consider refunding any other mone ...

    I would say that new look has a good set out and you know where things are and you know what's what.Also there are a lot of nice clothes all for men,woman and children, i would say that most clothes have reasonable price.I think that new look is a classic shop and they have some really nice clothes and has a wide range of clothes so there will be something you like and afford.i av been shopping at new look for for one year and i have always like there clothes in every season of the year.I also l ...

    New look are a clothes store which sell a large range of ladies clothes and although in many stores they just sell ladies clothes, in some select stores they also have a menswear range, a range for larger sizes and a range for teens.

    New Look has really great clothes and my favourite most realiable jeans come from there. The staff are always friendly and helpful and it is always easy to find what you are looking for. Also the ques are never too big.

    I like New Look and think its brill. I don't have to travel far to find a clothes shop that would have things in my size. im a big sized woman
    and i can't find nice fashionable clothes anywhere else other than new look shops. It is a lot of money for them and would be alot better if it was cheaper as not many people have that kind of money to spend
    but other than that it is great value and quality.

    I'm not happy
    Their customer service is very poor. I was very dissapointed with the attitude that some of the sales advisors hold. Also the range of clothes that they provide is not suitable for everyone.

    I don't shop in New Look that often but when I do i always find the staff very helpful. I recently purchased several t shirt tops in different colours with long sleeves (and long bodies which I need as I am tall and low waisted) these were only £10 each and look fabulous with jeans. They have washed brilliantly and are excellent as unlike many of my other tops which I have paid alot of money for they do not slide out of hipster jeans when you are sitting down to reveal your underwear.     At New Look you can easily find your item or if you are just looking then everything is highly visable

    not many people are on the tills whenever I visit. when there has been a discount sometimes the till does not recognise it and charges normal price.

    overall the shop if very good but I think it needs more staff

    They help you find things and they help you find prices that are missing of clothes, gifts or shoes!

    They have pretty things at there stores and personally i think there staff are good and are there when i need them.

    I love New Look and can always find something new to buy in there. They always have new and unique fashions in there which are really good quality a low price. Also the kids section is really good too but I usually have to shop in that section for jeans as I'm a size 6 in them which they don't do in the adults section. But overall this is a really good shop, one of my favourites.

    i went into leics with my 9 yr old daughter the other day and bagged a bargain and a half! she found a pair of cowboy boots for a tenner! i also had a pair of cowboy boots for a hen night for fifteen on promo from thirty so thanks new look.

    staff at hinckley are always very courteous!

    Overall, New Look has improved a lot over the years, as well as the service provided in terms of quality, although the price has risen.
