Good Points: Attractive prices
Bad Points: In my experience unhelpful customer service, as far as I am concerned once they have your money they aren't interested.
General comments: I booked a flight to Vegas last year, I looked online and because I had a couple of questions about visas etc I called up to book. I explained that I had seen the flight online and as the person I spoke to earned commission I was happy to book with them over the phone. As far as I am concerned the price then went up by £5, when I explained it was £5 cheaper on the website I was told that it wasn't, even though I was looking at it, after waiting whilst she went off to speak with a supervisor, they decided on this occassion to do me a favour and match their own price.
So I booked and paid for it, I think it was £520, few days later I was looking at my bank statement online and I had been charged the £525, normally I wouldn't even notice.
Then the paperwork came through showing £525. When I called customer services, I called an 0870 number to be put on hold for 40 minutes finally to have somebody pick up the phone then hang up before I could speak. I decided to call the original 'reservations' number, strangely I got through straight away.
When I explained, I was told that they could do nothing about it and I would have to speak to customer services, I explained how long it had taken me to get through to them, I then believe that that Customer Services was only a few desks away from where she was sat, but as far as I am aware she couldn't go over and ask somebody to call me back, I had to ring the number again and sit on hold. I think that the calls to customer services ended up costing more than the £5, but in the end I got it back after waiting 2 weeks for them to find the call so they could listen to it and hear that I was quoted £520.
I did not get an apology, but just had £5 refunded to my card a week later. Will never use again, worth paying a little bit extra and knowing who you are dealing with, I've just booked through a local independant agent, and got a Vegas flight for same time of year for £490 and received good service throughout, and if i have a problem, I can just go and see them. Do not recommend Airline Network due to my problem.

Very competitive prices, web site easy to use with some useful information for long haul passengers, conditions of ticket purchase, stopovers etc.
I do quite a bit of long haul travel and have found this company to be one of the best for competitively priced air tickets.

I have used the Airline Network website five times to book flights and car hire for Florida. I have had excellent choice and service each time.
I have always booked online then called the call centre to book extra assistance at the airport etc., as I have a mobility impairment. I can't fault their customer service. As for car hire prices; the prices with Dollar have been cheaper than I could find, even with booking direct with Dollar.
This time they even alerted me to a price increase which ...

I think the Airline Network website is a great idea, but until they make sure it is regularly updated I am not happy with it. When I tried to book a flight to Faro at what seemed a reasonable price, it always came up that the airline were no longer offering the flight after I had entered all my details. On returning to the front page the flights were still on offer. I rang the company and they treated me like I was stupid.

You get what you pay for. The flights to Florida were not the best we flew with BMI and would probably avoid using this airline again but no problems what so ever with the Airline Network choice, availability and the pricing system

Airline Network www.airline-network.co.uk - We have used airline network three times for holidays in the US, flights and car hire but not hotels. We have found their prices very competitive, especially the car hire if you need more than 1 driver -- haven't found anyone to beat their platinum upgrade.

I had to cancelled a ticket with Airline Networks the cancellation fee is £100, the ticket cost was 521.30 pounds, they refunded my credit card all but the 111.70 like they said which I expected them to do, as that was the total cancellation fee, but then six days after refunding me they sent me a invoice asking me to pay the 409.60 that they had refunded me. I cancelled my tickets at least a week before departure by phone and email like they requested and sent the tickets back by register ...
