I too purchased two packages (8 each) of baby shower invitations depicting a giraffe, elephant and monkey from Target. This design requires printing party information on small sheets of vellum. After searching for the template on american greetings website, I finally found it, entered my information, but I was frustrated that my standard HP printer did not like the small sheets of vellum provided with the invitation. Four small rectangles of vellum are provided with a perforation down the middle of each sheet. I ended up separating each small rectangle, taping each to the upper left corner of a full size sheet of paper and running each sheet through the printer one at a time. Fortunately, tape can be removed from vellum without a trace. It took me all morning to print 16 invitations. One went through printer crooked, and now I am short an invitation. The template and invitation should be designed so that a full size sheet of perforated vellum is used to allow printing 4 per page. An extra sheet of vellum would also help in case of printer errors. I would not recommend this product.

Yahoo american greetings plays about when I try to cancel my membership. First of all, finding how to cancel membership is hidden and on-line cancelation is not allowed. I have waited 20 minutes on the phone and after connection I had to go thru another 10 minutes sales pitch.
I am so disappointed at yahoo and I will not subscribe anything at yahoo.

I too have been trying to get someone live or by email at American Greetings to respond to my inquiries. they had no problem decucting the membership from my account ,immediately- but respond to a need - No one Home. I think a call to the Attorney Generals office might be in order.

I bought invitations from American Greetings to print, and had a horrible time finding the template. In fact, I am thinking of just taking them back to the store, and forgeting "your" template. It is NOT easy.

I am so disappointed!! I purchased some Baby Shower Invitations at Target on Tuesday in Bangor, Maine. The instructions of the box of invitations directed me to www.americangreetings/stationery. so that I could print my own invitations. I have been tried for nearly 2 hrs and I have been unsuccessful. I spent nearly $14.00 for these invitations and they are no good to me. I will not be buying from this company again!

American Greetings makes it extremely difficult to cancel a membership. You can't speak to a live operator and it is difficult to find the information online.

You think your signing up for a $1 something ecard and then American Greetings send you a bill for $13 and say you automatically signed up for their service. The terms of service are given in their contract, but they are not totalled in a user-friendly way.
