    Good Points: Good service
    Easy to navigate site
    Prompt delivery
    It's a real shop with people who answer the phone!


    Bad Points: Not always the cheapest price.


    General comments: I was impressed with the site, it had an old fashioned look to it, not all flashy graphics and popups.
    The site owner, Rhys answered the telephone when I got stuck with my order and he couldn't be more helpful. And he found a video for me that I couldn't find anywhere. He made that little bit more effort. I will be shopping with him again.
