“Useless Customer Serice”

Asked for wheelchair support for parents travelling to UK from India , and they the assistant working for Southhall travel said yes it is done. but there were no Wheelchair assistant provided at London airport and my 83 year old dad has to walk down with baggage. “Avoid!!!”

Booked and paid for extra leg room seats - only to find at check in they had not paid the Airline. After 2 hours of of trying to contact them we ended up paying out again to the airline directly. They have another company called 'Away Holidays' and doubtless other ones as well. The airline informed us that they are infamous this practice. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT WHAT SO EVER!! Over £17k they received for our bookings.. got to 1st airport and no seat for one of our party but two for her husband but took 2hrs to change an eticket.. next airport changed a surname on a 12yr old and we had to pay airport for new ticket.. they booked our hotel and was awful cheap an dirty and room for couple and child..hotel states southall only paid for a double bed and breakfasts for couple an child... I booked a holiday with ST, NEVER AGAIN .. “Careless and don't care attitude”

Please avoid them at all cost. We have had been booking tickets from them from last 12 years. Unfortunately 3rd time in a row they misguide you, engage in pressure sales and despite paying full amount do not provide you tickets and airline confirmation. You have to ring and beg them. Southall Travel offers very poor level of customer service. My Inlaws book flights to Australia and with their flights back were not advised or pointed out to them that they would be stuck in Sydney overnight with no accommodation and Sydney Airport closed. They are in their late 70's and are now left sitting outside the airport with no where to go... phoned Southall Travel and they did not care. Basically said "Oh Well".... very ordinary. “Complet rip off ”

They are not cheap ..they will apply conditions on the tickets which are not applied by the airlines hence I found out they wanted to charge me a fee of £60 each passenger for rescheduling the flight.Qatar Airways denounced it and emailed their conditions,first change is always Free of Charge. And yes they done it again ..this company is a complete rip off. ..they were charging me £60 each 5 passengers for resheduleing the flight , when the first change is free Qatari Airways Confirmed it..shame on them..

Do Not Book with this company pay the few pounds extra and book direct with yr flights with Emerates etc. ... I unexpectedly got cancer the beginning of this year had flights paid for to thailand with these saved about £100 per couple rather than to book with Emirates happy days we thought at the time. . Just found your review as checking out southall travel my friend has terminal cancer and they have not been helpful at all they passed me back and forth between the airline and themselves as my friend cannot travel at all due to being unwell it was not his choice to cancel he had to....I would stay away from this company and they well overcharged on the ticket price. If your terminally I'll surely a full refund should be given....they don't care for customers just your cash..DO NOT USE THEM

I saw some Air India flights on Southall Travel worth nearly £3000, just phoned them and the flights are for next year march. Thats in five months the women told me they are all booked.

“Deceitful, untrustworthy, incompetent”

They made a mistake with my return date (got year of flight wrong) and the e-ticket they sent me didn't have the year printed on the Return ticket. So, when it came to flying, turns out that my ticket was "expired" because the Southall Travel booking agent over the phone entered the wrong year. Worse was to come. I was able to contact the airline and they allowed me to rebook but charged be GBP £206.60 extra in fees. I called southall travel to enquirer abt flight to India. A kind lady offered me a multiple change flight. I booked the fight tickets with her and paid as she said Lufthansa takes full payment. Southall travel's website are advertising airline tickets at low prices which aren't even available. Fake prices advertised. Very poor costumer service too. When looked at the price online on their website it came cheap tried booking it on line and it said you will receive your itinerary within two hours but instead I received an email from the company that there has been an error at your end but there was no error. “Nightmare booking a ticket to India”

I tried to book a return ticket from Manchester to Mumbai 2 weeks ago. After making the payment online of 472 GBP the ticket did not get issued even though my card was charged.
