    Used twice now and on both occasions they were about 20% cheaper than anywhere else, great service

    Fantastic flight only deal and despite negative comments here found that when my confirmation e-mail failed to arrive, I called Southall Travel to find out what happened. I got a callback as promised and have now received my e-tickets and confirmation promptly. Just to make sure I checked the Airlines own website and it was all recorded there.

    Southall Travel( were quite helpful during the call, they are also doing SALES. I had a bitter experience on booking a ticket to Chennai(India) for about 800 pounds. Few days back , I checked their site and it was priced around 740 pounds. To my bad luck,they didn't reduce the fare. The worst part is that, the staff member convinced me that this was the lowest she could give and it would never go down again. Poor chap (me), had to loose about 60 pounds.

    I am taking time out - to especially thank Southall Travel for the service they provided. - This experience of mine has added great value to Southall Travel i think. This is the second time I have used Southall Travel, the way i was dealt with by the agent and previously , I have to say Southall Travel will be my first choice as a branded way of travel.

    Beware - all is not what it seems on Southall Travel's website!
    On the website I found what looked like an unbelievable deal for a flight to India (Bangalore) at 276 pounds. Well, it certainly did turn out to be unbelievable.

    I gave Southall my card details and thought I had the flight booked, and received what looked to me like a confirmation email for the flights. In fact the email from Southall was just a 'travel reservation' and on closer inspection the email stated that 'prices are not gu ...

    I just booked my tickets to Mumbai India through the Southall Travel website. Within 24 hours I had a confirmed e-ticket. Using the PNR number in the e-ticket I am also able to view my travel-plan on the airlines website (Gulf Air). Prices were among the lowest I saw online...even cheaper than what was offered on gulf airs website! Maybe they have a few tickets blocked for themselves...

    I have received a good price for my flight (shopped around) Southall was cheapest and price matched another dealer, probably should have gone lower!!!

    the service rendered tio me by southall travel has made me immensely happy. i am surprised how easy and quick the procedure was to book with them. I travelled after a long time and found them to be lot user friendly . good that they book hotels also othrwise i would have to book it with other agent and have more hassles. I liked the one stop shop nature of this agency, fares were cheap and hotel was nic. thank you all for helping me there.

    Me and my boyfriend have just booked with Southall Travel over the weekend, THEY WERE BRILLANT. Very helful,we recieved one phone call as flight times had changed but with no extra cost. Once I noticed the money had left my account our e-ticket reached us within a couple of hours. I was quite sceptical at first as the deal was too good to be true but it was all geniune,we even confirmed with emirates to check our resevation had gone through. I will be sure to use thee services for future booking ...

    Price is the biggest factor at Southall Travel. Only extra request you can confirm online is about the meal choice. To be very honest many airlines do not give you the option to book your preference of seat through agents. In that case one can always request the airlines directly. Tickets at very good price at Southall Travel and more choice of airlines. Bad points are as any other online agents. Check the conditions on the ticket before you buy them

    Southall Travel, they are fantastic and they always have good deals to offer. They also advise everyone whether the tickets are refundable or not.

    I found dealing with Southall Travel a very good experience. The operator was very helpful and had all the time and patient to give me a number of options to travel. I was very satisfied with the customer service given to me. The operator was friendly and professional. Had no hesitation to look for the best travel deal for me.

    We had a great holiday everything went smoothly, thanks Southall Travel. I will be booking again. I liked the convenience of booking my holiday on the inter- net, with southall travel. I hate sitting round in over crowded travel agents where everyone can hear where you are going on holiday. Southall were very good with us.     Southall Travel have good discounts, nice deals.. So far I've had good luck with them- I've travelled 4-5 times by them. I would recommend.

    I booked 2 flights to Thailand and as I'm a student I needed the cheapest available. Once i had saved enough to buy the tickets my girlfriend and i booked through their internet page and took particular care as we were spending so much money. I then received the e-ticket through email with the wrong return date on.     I personally had a very good experience traveling through Southall travel. I am quiet content with the level of service. I think it is a great travel company to do business with. I just made booking online and everything was dealt very efficiently.

    I booked a holiday to the Maldives with Southall Travel in December 2007. I checked this website only after I'd made the booking, and to be frank, was a little worried given the comments that have been posted. In case anyone has also done this .. don't panic like I did ...     Overall, although being concerned about using Southall I had no major problems with them. I was very worried about using Southall Travel and only checked the review pages AFTER booking. The only problem was that they only took part of my full amount of my card and then told me I had to pay the remainder into a Barclays account in CASH.
