Good Points: Friendly, helpful and efficient staff.
Bad Points: None.
General comments: We've booked through Dawson and Sanderson three times now. They were friendly, helpful and efficient, and we got an excellent deal on our forthcoming holiday. The last time we booked a holiday through Dawson and Sanderson we had a complaint about the tour operator, and they dealt with it promptly and efficiently, and couldn't have been more helpful.

We travelled to Santa Ponsa, Majorca from 24th April until 4th May 2006.
According to our itinerary which we received from Dawson Anderson travel agents, the taxi transfers cost £83. Actual cost was nearer 15 euro each way.
We looked forward to this holiday and we were let down by the food. When it ran out it wasn't replaced.

Dawson and Sanderson arranged for our stay at the Albergo del Senato in Rome. The venue was superb,right next to the Pantheon. The Hotel itself was elegant and comfortable with a rooftop bar with panoramic views.
