Good Points: Not a lot.
Bad Points: Staff are incompetent and seem to lack any knowledge of business practice. Callbacks promised but never come.
General comments: Two weeks before our holiday to the Maldives they called to say that there was building work on the island and that we would have to move our accommodation and down grade to another suite.
May I add that the holiday was booked 2 months previously and no mention of building work had been mentioned at the time of booking.
Customer service very poor. It took 10 days to resolve and the staff were incredibly incompetent, lack of knowledge, no notes on file of previous conversations, emails. I won't use them again irrespective of price.

Hayes Travel is an old and well established company in the North of England. Unfortunately, they are not so well known in the South. They don't have a big flash image, just solid reliable service!
