Bad Points: I feel the quality of merchandize has changed for the worse. I have been a faithful shopper for decades. If it does not improve, I will not be able to shop there as I used to.
General comments: I think the merchandize is for the most part horrible. I hope that the buyers will stock the store with merchandize the Loehmann lovers have been accustomed to for decades. It seems that when new buyers come in they try to make drastic changes.

I bought a pair of shoes from the Loehmann's San Francisco Store. Within a day of wearing them, the binding on one shoe unravelled. When I attempted to exchange it, the associate manager pointed me to a sign indicating they do not accept return of worn shoes. I explained that this was a defective shoe.
