    Good Points: Convincing, good publicity.


    Bad Points: Accuracy, e.g. latest giving BMW 520d se 05/55 as best second hand buy and quoting 136 co2 emissions. Its wrong and makes you question all their info.


    General comments: This was a serious mistake, I had previously trusted the mags reports. Imagine relying on such info and getting your tax bill.

    Used the What Car site a lot when I was buying my last car. The dealers that it brought up where excellent and the result was that I purchased my fiesta through one of them at a very competitive price. The valuation section is really good and accurate and the information on each car is clear .If you are looking for a new car then check out the deals are where you could find a real bargain. This is updated quite often too. I am a fan of what car and also subscribe to their magazine.

    WhatCar UK is the best site I have seen. It has films of the cars being tested. A Ferrari F430 is called the best car ever made as it is slowly driven around. The Audi A6 video has the car sitting on a jack most of the time and is not critical, more a manufactures than magazines video.

    It has all the cars available, tested, priced and rated, as per the magazine. All done sensibly. Owners do their own testing as well. One praises the Kia so not very objective. There is also news and r ...

    WhatCar? is a great website to check before buying a new car. You simply select your make and model and they tell you the pro's and con's. I been through quite a few cars recently and have found it really useful. Only down point really is that it doesn't list every car e.g. no Vauxhall Tigra, which isn't exactly a rare car. Also a few fun videos and car buying advice so check it out.
