    hey, ich bin von deutschland und ich finde das jane norman echt toll ist,nur leider haben wir hier nicht so eine gro e auswahl es m sste echt ein shop nach deutschland kommen w rde sich auf jedenfall lohnen weil die mode echt toll ist,naja m sste man sich mal berlegen.....

    i buy my clothes in jane norman all the time...only place i shop personally...but if there is a problem with an item i purchase and explain prob..the management never want to know....as they always ask have u washed this item as the label says.i think everyone should know how to wash clothes.....and oh we havent had problems before...i bought wooly jumpers there before and didnt return them as u get no where...:( lovely clothes but customer care sucks...dont find them helpful in any store iv bee ...

    Jane Norman has a shocking lack of detail in their finishing of a garment. I had to return two tops because of bad stitching, only to have one replaced with more bad stitching (11 issues to be exact!) I phoned and e-mailed them pics about the problem and I only had an e-mail back saying sorry this has happened but we do not see a manufacturing fault. I could not believe it. So after I had to run around the world to get the mess sorted and a huge waste of my time, they offered a voucher of £ ...

    Jane Norman is a very good shop, i buy all my school accessories for kids from there...i thought it was a really good shop because the lay out of the shop was very good and organised what i needed was easy to approach i did not need to ask a member of staff for help. the prices were very clear on the price tag or the price board this made me choose my product more easily. they have a good range of products for e.g dresses tops coats bag's i like there school bag's alot... when you go to the desk ...

    I've always loved Jane Norman, despite the very high prices, but I admit I was slightly worried about ordering online, because I've had a few bad experiences when buying clothes online.
    However, I need not have worried- I've bought clothes from them twice and the thing that strikes me most is the wonderful packaging- you get the lovely Jane Norman bag, plus each item is carefully wrapped in tissue paper. It's just like opening Christmas presents, and certainly tempts me to buy from them again.

    I purchased a top from Jane Norman ,costing me £55.00.after wearing it 2 time ,it went at fault.when back to the shop. the women at the shop ,did not believe me and made out i was lying in so many words. i am not a kid ,i told her.i look after my things.other shop would have giving you your money back.but this shop ,takes your money and do not care about the customers.will not shop there again.

    I have bought various items from Jane Norman and even although most of the clothes are very pretty I do not think that they are made very well and for the price I would except them to be of a better quality. On the plus side though the shop assistants are always very helpful.

    Seriously bad service, incredibly rude sales person in the Cheshire Oaks Outlet of Jane Norman. Faulty goods being returned, were not accepted, she accused me of damaging product myself and lying about it. She wouldn't even exchange.

    returns policy is poor at jane norman. I tried to return a dress I'd bought that didn't really suit me. It was in perfect condition as when bought complete with tags but it had just gone over the 28 days (30 days, I had bought it before I went away on holiday) and they wouldn't return - fair enough this policy is same as elsewhere but I was unable to pay the extra to buy a more expensive item - i was just stuck with the dress - which I didn't want (the dress was still current stock and for sal ...

    Jane Norman have very trendy clothes, ok priced compared to others ie topshop, miss selfridge, river island etc...they change the clothes around every couple of weeks which is good always something new, the sales are fab although best to try on in the shop as the sizes can vary and are made for the more petite customer, although they do go up to a size 16....

    I like Jane Norman clothes but i find that some of their items don't wash or wear very well. Their jeans are nice and fit well so i tend to purchase these, but their tops aren't made very well, i just paid £30 for a top that after one wash was ruined. At xmas I bought a £90 belted coat that came apart at the buttons and the belt came off after wearing it once. I recently purchased a few things online but returned 70% of the items by post and they have still yet to refund me and it' ...

    I shop in Jane Norman practically my whole wardrobe is by them. I would not consider my dress sense to be cheap. Yes they do have short tight clothing within the range, but love, lots of customer wants . It's obvious that people wo say this about tight clothes should go to other less trendy brands, maybe Evans...

    I'm buying nearly all my clothes from Jane Norman now because I always find items that I like at reasonable prices. I almost don't have to try things on because I know they will fit me. The cut of the Jeans just seems to suit my body shape. I think the sizes are very realistic compared to many other shops such as Top Shop or River Island.

    I purchase a t-shirt with diamant decoration from Jane Norman on only two weeks ago, after wearing it only once they design started to fall off. Today I took it back and was told that because the label actually stated that the design was delicate and there may be some loss I had no recall and they would not exchange it, I hate to think what it would be like if I had washed it as well. I will certainly no longer be shopping with them
    I am discussed with their customer service attitude.

    i bought a coat as a christmas present in dec,the quality of the material seemed very poor and faulty after only wearing a couple of times.I was told i had to send it back to customer sevices which i did,to be told there was nothing wrong with the material ,and they were doing no more.How could they have tested the coat when they sent it back to me the same day as receiving it ,there was a one day turnaround.     Jane Norman sizes are big...im an 8 and in jeans the sizes are normal but in tops sometimes and always in dresses i have to take a 6 for it to fit me

    I was bought a pair of Jane Norman jeans for Christmas which were too small. Due to ill health I was unable to return these immediately but phoned the store twice to ensure a pair in my size was put aside.     My daughter bought a purple silk dress costing £45 for a special New Years Eve party. Before she had even arrived at the party the dress had ripped up the back and she had to borrow a dress from her friend's sister so she could go to the party.     The Sizes In Jane Norman Are So Off! Im A 6/8 In Most Shops But In Jane Norman I'm A 10/12
    Its Really Not Very Uplifting

    If you are a size 12 anywhere else then you will need a 16 in this shop. The clothes are like dolls clothes. I love a lot of the outfits but hate the shops layout and horrendously blaring loud music. You just dont want to be in here too long or you come out with a headache! This must be a company policy as every store I have been in has the same problem. The clothes rails are too close together so if you have a buggy you cant move! Never visit in the sale - its like a jumble sale! I have to say ...
