We loved our weekend stay in March, first visit and we have already booked another weekend for later this year at Sherwood Foreset as we enjoyed Elvedon so much.
We loved center parcs for the relaxation and wildlife
If you have limited spending money take groceries with you.

After many happy visits to the Nottingham center parcs we decided to try the Elveden parc. We were disappointed by the restaurants and some of the general upkeep of the parc, lots of lights out along paths. The "food court" style layout of the restaurants is a problem especially as you have no choice in listening to the "entertainment" provided making relaxing meal out impossible. We would deffinatly stick to Sherwood forest villa in future.

Great family holiday spot. Really easy to relax! Flatter than Longleat Center Parc, so easier to get around especially with two young children. Medical centre staff and staff in general very nice and helpful. Woodland Lodge beautiful, convenient and well equipped.
Not crazy about food or service at Hucks Diner, but the Pancake house made for better grub.

Center Parcs Elveden is a brilliant place for a short break, although I do admit that you need to spend time choosing the best time of year to go for the price. We always go in May as we feel this is the cheapest time of the year for accommodation when the weather is reasonably good.
All the accommodation is good quality but after being 6 times now i can definatley say you should go for an executive villa if you can, as the condition of the villa is much better and each room has a bathroom w ...

You can make it as expensive or cheap as you want all you have to do is go do your normal shop at your supermarket and take it with you to center parcs. A small tip take a flash light although the walkways are lit but not very well and you always meet one on their bike who's messing about and going fast and likly to run into you apart from that its great holiday for kids of all ages.

Just returned from Elveden Centre Parc and had a great time. With a toddler we found it easy to get around with plenty of parks and activities for little one. Villas are excellent, stayed in a comfort plus and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Villa was plenty warm enough, clean and we felt right at home.
We ate at Hucks and sports bar which were both a decent place to eat. Although there is a lot of choice we mainly choose to eat in the villa as it can get expensive. We had bikes which ...

Centre Parcs in Elveden Forest is great. There is lots to do there, I have tried a wide range of villas there. I have stayed in the 4 bedroom VIP, it is great to know you have your own hot tub and steam room and sauna and it feels really nice to have your own villa with your own kitchen living and dining room and your own room and even your own garden. I love it there, it is superb. I have also stayed in the 3 bedroom executive we had two of them because there was lots of us. I have been Centre ...

I have just been to Elveden Forest Center Parc and absolutely loved my time there and will definitely be going back. I shared accommodation for 8 people with myself, my partner, my two children, my mum, my sister and my nephew, which made the holiday great value for money as I only paid 1/3 which was about £100.
We took some food with us but I have decided not to next time as the supermarket is quite big, bigger than my local Co-op, and has a huge range of items from fresh, frozen, microw ...

The Christmas Eve Kayleigh was advertised as dancing until midnight strikes, but it ended at 10:15pm. We complained while we were at Center Parcs Elveden Forest, and we wrote to them later, and I have spoken to them on the telephone, but I have never in the last 11 months had an apology.
We have been to Centre Parc at Elveden many times, but it has gone down hill since the fire, and after not receiving any response since last Christmas, we will not be going again.

Center Parcs Elveden Forest is what it says it is... Forest settings etc.
We have been to 3 of the 4 parcs, but we haven't been to Sherwood yet, and we have found them all to be great holidays.
This time, at Elveden we had a comfort villa and found it spacious and set nicely within trees backing onto forest. Our party contained 5 adults and 2 youngsters 5 and 7 years, and Molly our dog. The villa was a bit smelly and not well cleaned. The bath needed a scrub, and there were cobwebs around ...

My family and I went to Center Parcs Elveden forest last year, and we have a two year old child. Our accommodation was good. It was spacious and located off the main forest road, which meant it was always nice and quiet. Cars are not allowed in during the week, and you either walk to the main centre, or you can hire one of the bikes from them. Many people bring their own bikes, but the ones provided by Center Parcs are adequate.
It is a beautiful setting, and there are good walks to be had wi ...

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Center Parcs Elveden Forest, we are only a young couple aged 19 and 21. We booked late and received discount, at around £250 for a hotel room, with excellent balcony views, including dvd player and hifi system. We had real fun in the pool, playing adventure golf on the island and bowling in the ports bit. We booked badminton on the day with no trouble though it was a later play time. There is plenty to do that we didn't get round too. Excellent

Overall, the Center Parcs Elveden Forest holiday complex is not aimed at the older generation, and I felt very secluded there. I felt as though I was not welcome. The rooms were also grubby and crawling with insects.
