Bad Points: chalets
General comments: i have been coming to pontins for many years and absolutley love it; there is always lots to do day and night. my four children enjoy the activitys and we all love the bluecoat shows. all of the staff work really hard to make are holiday enjoyable espesially the bluecoats(bluecoat matey is great, the kids think he is great) i will continue to come to pontins for years to come, love it

Respect : 0At first glance the Pontins site, Prestatyn didn't look too bad i had already looked at pictures and read numerous reviews beforehand so i was kind of prepared, we had upgraded to 'club' so we had high hopes that our apartment would be nice, oh how wrong can you be!!! As we got to the gates we were given a window sticker and told to park up in the main car park well finding a space was quite a job, everyone had obviously arrived early! Respect : 0went to pontins, prestatyn on the 22nd may for 3 night came home after , had the basic accommodation, i know you get what you pay for but the room was dirty, outdated.the food was bland, greasy the beer was flat as soon as you got it

Respect : 0Of my experiences of going to Pontins, Prestatyn several times over the years I was abolutely amazed. I loved every part, the only thing I didnt want to do was go to bed or home because I would be missing precious time with all the fun going on. The bluecoats were the best there, they just make your holiday the best you have ever been on. The accommodation was great and great view. The restaurant next to the club was tasty. Arrived at Pontins, Prestatyn expecting the worse turned out the best holiday we have ever been on. been to 3 haven camps first time at pontins puts haven to shame. went to haven all they wanted was empty your pockets. Respect : 0Went to Pontins Prestatyn, may 1st-4th for footie tournament. Never again thought i had stepped back in time to the 70s. our room was shabby needed a good clean. Went down to the centre to see entertainment stayed 20 mins the smell in the place was terrible. The whole place needs a good clean. All i can say is NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Respect : 0Pontins, Prestatyn is awesome loved it it was well planned and set out the bluecoats expecially were amazing and have a great job there very co-operative and always very joyful and happy lol the accommodations are well cleaned and the best part of it is the club with all the entertainment and i loved the bluecoats the arcades was fab and there is never nothing goin on there is always entertainment for all the family .

Respect : 0Of my experience of going to Pontins Prestatyn several times this has being the best holiday ever the enetertainment was great i loved the bluecoats. All bluecoats always put 110% into there work, the arcades were good but not as good as the entertainment lol. The accommodation was well tidied and was fresh. There was always something to do whether it was swimming or at the club it was amazing the karaoke was great. To say bye to all bluecoats was gutting because they were like best friends ever ...

Respect : 0Very substandard accommodation! very dissappointed as to what is acceseptable of British standards. Feel very let down 'Pontins'should be ashamed to promote accomodation to working class families that is low cost 'Budget' that is very dirty, cold and noisey. Really not acceptable !!

Respect : 0Pontins, Prestatyn has fantastic activities for children, theres something to do for them all day every day and evening entertainment for them as well. The entertainment for adults is of a wide variety and is superb. Well worth the money.

Respect : 0The staff are very very happy and friendly. The food on site is lovely. Also the shop sell all the essenstals. The character shop is alright for gifts. The entertainment is outstanding its the best hoilday ive ever been to. Pontins, Prestatyn holiday is worth going on and i recommend it to anyone.

Respect : 0The entertainment at Pontins, Prestatyn was brilliant every night and the staff were always jolly which made you feel happy as well. The food and the on site shop and restrunts are great ,also the amusment were fun overall its an outstanding hoilday for the money and i highly recommend it to anyone.

After reading some of the reviews here I was hesitant to say the least but having only paid just over £50.00 for five days thought we would grin and bear what ever was thrown our way. Respect : 0Stayed over at Pontins Prestatyn for a busy weekend and although the accommodation was dated we found the overall experience worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful and even though they were run off their feet they still found time to help us, the bar staff especially who went out of their way to help us after our son injured himself falling off a chair. Respect : 0Basically I LOVE Pontins and I want to stay there an never move the Bluecoats have the best job ever, they get to dance and act how they want all the time, get to meet new friends and dance, an play games with kids . I love the Bluecoats they're amazing, thanks to them I want to work there as the sessions are so good, I love them . I hope I can work there and dance till me heart is content lol

Respect : 0I really enjoyed my holiday at Pontins, Prestatyn. Although I thought the bar was fairly pricy it was a lot of fun. However to improve the park they could perhaps think about some new facilities so that there is more to do during the day. Fair enough there was plenty for children to do however there wasnt alot for anyone older than about 13. Overall i enjoyed my holiday and would definately go back.

Respect : 0The staff at Pontins, Prestatyn were extremely helpful on reception, giving directions to our apartment and general information. We made full use of the pool and diving area. The outside area was kept clean and litter free. I used the fold out bed which I found very comfortable. Carpets and furniture were smelly and dirty. No microwave, toaster or shower. Respect : 0Although the cost of the holiday at Pontins, Prestatyn, was cheap, the standard of accomodation initially offered to us was not acceptable. I accept that Budget accomodation is just that, but i see no excuse for filth and low standards of maintenance. On arrival we joked that the place looked like a prison camp. It's a very delapidated camp, very run down and in need of modernisation. The first room we had was filthy, there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling and on the skirting boards. ...
