Hi I am stayed in craig tara the apartments burns village 101 and it was great pace smelled lovely clean and fresh staff friendly easy access well done to the staff member who cleaned the apartment they dome an excellent job defo be back again bed all clean aswell thanks again defo be giving the cleaning a 5 out 5

We arrived on the Monday to no heating in the caravan 3 hours and 3 phone calls later someone arrived he finally got the fire lit but we had to keep it on as he said it prob wouldn't light again he'd get someone to look at it did anyone arrive the week we were there no booked into resteraunt after 45 mins after ordering our food I went up to ask to be told there must have been a prob with the ordering thing they use we left and got a burger king the bar staff could be more friendly 1 girl in the live lounge dark hair and glasses was the most rude and miserable sod I think iv ever met will we be back I think not
