Hi, just had to write to praise your guys on the Funbus. My kids had to get the Funbus everytime we went up to the Complex because they enjoyed it so much. They especially liked Fred who was always laughing and joking with them and nothing was to much trouble for him. He was very helpful and knowledgable about the site and the surrounding area and almost made us trade in our tourer for a static. Well, maybe next time.... We will definately come back soon and stay longer than a few days.... Once again thankyou for a lovely break. See you soon.

We ahve booked 2 holidays at Haven this year and have just came back from our first. It was amazing, we didnt want to leave. Bargain at its cost, the new caravans are great. The fayre was not on yet, and the local ammenities are a little pricey but overall it was great,. Kids loved it and so did we!! Plenty to do, staff are very friendly and helpful, Its clean and I felt safe letting my girls go off on there own around the park! Cant wait to go back!!! And for me to say this, well, I expect to get what it says on the tin anything below par for me is unacceptable and i complain! Nothing about this holiday was a disappointment Thanks Haven see you in July

we went on Aug 13th 2010 for a week and was a bit worried after reading all the bad reviews beforehand, but we were very happy with the Holiday and will defo book again our son is only eight month old but i can imagine that couples with older children can spend alot of money in amusements etcs but thats the Parents fault and not presthavens the one bad thing i can say is the carpet does smell abit in the Showbar(kids room).

I really liked the go-karts and the beach was gorgeous, the only thing was the show bar did smell but you have to expect this it has had many people in it overall i thin the park is amazing. the staff are very freindly and i would recommend this park to anyone as long as you book privatley.

I am a caravan owner of the Presthaven Sands Site in Prestatyn and I was horrified to read the reviews that some holiday makers have said about the Site and the state of their caravans.
I rent out my caravan privately and apart from a washing machine, it has all the comforts that you would have at home. I take a large deposit from my guests, which ensures that the caravan is kept nice and looked after.
I personally go and clean and check the caravan after every guest has left and then return their deposit. I have never had to withold a deposit and I have so many wonderful letters from guests.
I am sad to hear about the state of the Haven caravans, so please come and book my caravan.
I let you in at 12:00 noon and ask that you leave by 10:00am. This gives me a whole 2 hours to clean the caravan and replace loo rolls, kitchen towels, washing up liquid etc, which I supply at no extra charge.
I also do not put the prices up during the school holidays.
The park itself can be expensive, but there is plenty to do in and around the area at a reasonable price.
I hope that this review has gone some way to aid you in your choice of holiday.
Kind regards
Bob the Caravan

My husband and I had 5 wonderful days at Presthaven Sands from April 19 to the 23rd 2010, Our caravan was 1st class we paid £169 for a very modern caravan with all the extras, the site was very clean and all the staff very very helpful, it had every kind of sports for all the family and next to the sands, Hope you all have as good a holiday as we did,

Really enjoyed this holiday. The entertainment was great. Caravan could have been cleaner but overall a lovely place. Great location, not far from the beach, and close enough to some of the main shopping towns like rhyl and llandudno.
The majority of the staff were very helpful and pleasant, with the exeption of a couple!!
Brilliant family holiday as there is lots to do for the kids, and nice bars within for the adults. We have already booked up to go to haven again next month! But we are going to the the porthmadogg one this time, so ill review it then! Hope its as good as prestatyn, if so we will not be dissapointed.
Enjoy all!!

We stayed at Presthaven Sands between 26th March and 29th March 2010. We were greeted with a lovely clean, new caravan as arranged. The receptionist was efficient and very pleasant. Whn we entered the Caravan, we did not have the linen we ordered but a quick call to reception and the linen was with us within 15 mins. All staff on the park were pleasant and helpful. They had a good sense of humour and looked happy to be at work there.
Our party consisted of two adults, 18, 17, 12 and 11 year olds and each one of us really enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of activities for all the family. Cant wait to come again and already recommended the park to collegues. Weel done!

This was the first time myself and children had been to a Haven site (Presthaven sands) for a holiday before and we throughly enjoyed it. It was clean and tidy and the caravans were comfortable and homely. The beach is on your doorstep with fabulous sand dunes for the kids to run up and down. The entertainment was structured with children in mind and worked really well, All the staff were excellent and interacted with the children as well as the adults. My son throughly enjoyed the Archery lessons and the mini golf, which was no extra charge. The pool complex was also structured for child safety with many life guards, with the 1 pool being at a depth for children and lovely and warm and the other pool for adult or good swimmers which suited my family as my children are not able to swim as yet but they were confident enough to play as they new they could touch the floor. I would recommend this holiday and with definatley be returning, sun rain or shine, there is always something to do.

We had a good stay the site and staff were first class, the caravan was a new model and very nice, but it could of been cleaner and we did have trouble with the cooker, and the dinning chairs were unsafe, and the video cabinet doors came off,but we did have a good deal with the weekend, and the price was money well spent, had i have paid the full price then may be i would of moaned a little more. The beding supplied was very clean, the childrens entertainment was first class, and the food and drink prices were not to bad, the shop is well stocked, yes if i find another deal as good as i did in march 2010 then yes i will be back again, thanks for a good holiday

I have been to Presthaven Sands in previous years and have decided to go back there this year. I have never had a problem at this resort however, I decided last week to pop down and have a look around and the place looks amazing. The pool has been tidied up alot, they are the the process of building what looks like a crazy golf area and the grounds seem litter free. I spent time with a lovely reception lady who talked me through the changes for 2010 and I must say I can't wait!! Roll on June

The entertainment for the children was brill althought we where alittle confused about the fact we where watching a christmas play in April.
