Disgusting prices on the Haven Holidays site with far to many rip off gambling machines for kids to blow all there money on!! dirty and was charged £1.05 for a splash of coke in a vodka!. much cheaper to holiday abroad. When i complained about price i was told in public that if i did not like it dont buy anything! Disgusting staff and service, never again- Read Guest's review (67 words)

Weymouth Bay site dirty ,caravan dirty ,complaints not fully addressed, entertainment very poor.too much emphasis given to owners, ie pool times.caravan was privately owned well equiped and comfortable, clean,(after we had cleaned it ourselves)have had many holidays at this location but standards have fallen badly.....NOT A CHEAP HOLIDAY- Read Guest's review (53 words)

Haven Weymouth Bay is a big let down, arrived at 15.55 on the 15thAugust 2009 to be told check in was at 4pm so could we wait until then, got into caravan was shocked to find it was only a 2 bedroom even though we'd booked a 3, so off we went to reception to explain this, there error gave us wrong van by mistake( so they say i think maybe not on reflection) got into new van all nice and clean or so it seemed, wet carpets as they'd just been cleaned. Smelt a little muggy but thought that was due ...- Read Guest's review (430 words)

Booked a last minute get away with my parents and two small children. Caravan itself (Superior plus) was ok - fairly roomy but the kitchen utensils, cutlery & crockery were in an appalling state and all the mattresses desperately need replacing. To be fair to the staff, they did sort out the utensils as soon as we complained. On site restaurant was very poor value for money with the usual unimaginative meals for kids. Also didn't find too much to entertain my 1 & 3 yr olds. Would have been bet ...- Read Guest's review (108 words)

just got back from a week at weymouth bay.the caravan and park was good, nice location with good views.
the indoor pool had a glass roof so when sunny was very bad for the eyes.also the chlorine was too strong and burnt childrens eyes for a number of hours after.the tiles were loose and came off.
the resturant was very very bad,we ate there twice and each time we complained and they said we could have a meal free next time yuk.i felt the side salad was left overs from person before as found meat ...- Read Guest's review (159 words)

We went to Haven's Weymouth Bay for 7 nights in July 2009. It is a large site but the entertainment complex is quite small but functional. We stayed in Prestige and had a very clean, nice caravan with a large sitting area and kitchen, and a seperate toilet and shower room ( Big bonus for us ) and we even had a balcony (which was good to let or daughter play on know that she was safe). All the staff were very helpful and the Funstars made the evenings very entertaining. We took our 2yr old daughte ...- Read Guest's review (151 words and 1 comment)

Easter break, paid to stay in a Prestige caravan, therefore had priority arrival of 2.30pm. Arrived 3pm, caravan not ready. Didn't look very prestige from outside. When finally got in caravan, was not happy with what was supposed to be a top quality caravan...blind broken in bathroom, cooker dirty, cobwebs in room, dirty windows. Complained and were given another caravan that was lovely, but had a very noisy boiler that we had to turn off at night due to the noise.
Pool not very inviting, so ...- Read rosie70's review (199 words and 1 comment)

I stayed with an owner in superior class at Weymouth bay. Caravan facilities excellent. Unfortunately the showbar was packed very early and children seem to stay there until quite late. When owner was sold caravan the salesman gave the impression that the evening entertainment was divided into two parts i.e early for children and later for adults with the children vacating the area for the later show. We went to Seaview where we managed to get a seat, unfortunately the tables were not cleane ...- Read kathyk's review (114 words)

We have been going to Weymouth Bay for a number of years now, it is a lovely family friendly site with lots of activities & entertainment to keep kids of all ages happy. Weymouth is a fabulous coastal town that has me hooked with it's picture perfect scenery. We started booking through Haven but as many others have complained, the cleanliness & uniformity of caravans has a lot to be desired. For the last 3 years we have booked through a private company, we not only get a top of the range caravan ...- Read ginandtonic's review (140 words and 2 comments)

Great park lots to do and not to far from Bowleze cove. In the club on site from when I went last year few of the glasses were clean from the bar which is not very good. Overall, would go again.- Read Guest's review (41 words)

Considering the cost, we felt that very little of our money was being put back into the park. We went in a family group of 46 with 8 caravans so I feel can give a general overview. All the Caravans were shabby, dirty and had seen better days. The appliances varied, some had microwaves, and some had toasters but there was noting uniform. We insisted that several of our vans were re-cleaned due to them being dirty. e.g., dirty windows, stained carpets, mud up walls, grim and hairs all over the bat ...- Read Silverbmw528's review (219 words)

I think the park itself could do with a lick of paint here and there, but I can't fault any of the ground level staff on the park. I am sure the constant caravan sell, sell, sell is the same as other Haven parks but I found this was really in our face. The additional costs for a family to spend an evening at the Showbar makes it an expensive thing but I would highly recommend going along to see the hard work the Funstars put in, they made my holiday special for both my niece and I.- Read Toffeespice's review (215 words)

Haven at Weymouth Bay was OK, but I went with a party of 20 (4 families) and we all booked a superior caravan, but when we got there 3 of our families ended up with standard, and the other one had a massive caravan with 3 rooms a big fridge and freezer ,huge settee and microwave, whereas the rest of us only had two rooms and no microwave, and the caravan was half the size. When we complained the reception told us she had standard and we had superior.. if this is the true case, book a standard th ...- Read Guest's review (180 words and 1 comment)

We had a very enjoyable holiday 30th July 4 days. Grand children loved it we have just come back from Kiln Park. I think it gets worse every time we go. Not very helpful staff but we expected that. What they have done to the complex is not very good and because of this we will be going to Weymouth bay from now on.- Read Guest's review (73 words)

The caravan that we stayed in was apparently an upgraded one, but it was so dirty! Really disappointed as this is not the first Haven Park that we have stayed in, but definitely the most dirty and the poorest in terms of accommodation- Read Guest's review (45 words)

There is something about Weymouth that has you hooked the people are lovely great nightlife and the fact no one has ever forgotten who I am especially the Chinese takeaway. I love it and haven't got a bad word to say about it. So to all those people who say it wasn't up 2 scratch next time you go stand back and actually take it all in, the fantastic views, great people and the fact that it will never change unlike some places ie Blackpool.- Read Guest's review (84 words)
