Good Points: Lodges are very roomy and well equipped, site is large with pleasant surroundings.
Bad Points: Children's club could have been better - little interaction with children from reps.
General comments: This is a Parkdean holiday park. I stayed for a short break at the end of June. The weather was sunny, so I was able to make the most of the beautiful site. There are a few picturesque fishing lakes on the site, a ski slope, a play area, an entertainment centre with indoor swimming pool, amusements, show bar, and restaurant. The lodge I had was quite large, very well equipped, with a veranda and a picnic table. The area has many trees, and there were many squirrels and ducks to be seen outside our lodge every morning. The lodges are dark inside, due to all the trees. Some guests were heard to complain about this, but this was to be expected as you are in the middle of woodland!! It was easy to walk around the site, and was very pleasant, particularly in the nice weather. The entertainment complex is smaller than some other sites I have visited, but suited me and my children. The indoor pool had a flume and wave machine, but these are only turned on at certain times. It was very clean. There is also a soft play area and a roller rink indoors. Outside there is a children's play area, sports court and crazy golf. Be aware that pets are allowed on site, and if you do not have a pet, book pet free accommodation. Someone I know was given a lodge previously used for pets. The lodge had been cleaned but still smelled strongly of dogs, so much so, that the person was physically sick and had to be moved. The entertainment in the evening was very good, but the day kids club could have been better. The children were just left to get on with things, with no one taking much interest in them. Despite this, I will return one day, as the site had some lovely walks and was quite quiet and relaxing.

Lodges are fantastic, always clean. Staff are really nice and helpful. Kids clubs are great! Been to Warmwell 6 times now. Really enjoy it there. Parkdean have done a great job improving the lodges. Can get a bit busy when locals are allowed in for birthday parties etc. Especially in the play area. Shop isn't stocked too well and closes early. Chip shop food terrible and nearest is in Preston. All in all a brill holiday, plenty to do on site and we will continue to holiday here.

We visited the Warmwell Haven Holiday park for the first time, courtesy of The Sun Holidays. In the basic bronze 1 bedroom chalet we found it to be clean and well presented. The site is a 10 minute drive from Weymouth, and only 5 minutes from Dorchester.
This clean and beautifully landscaped site is one of the best we have visited. The pool was a little basic for young children, and it could benefit from some fountains and other things for toddlers. The restaurant was lovely, although it was ...

Warmwell is a pleasant, small, holiday camp with low key activities with a friendly feel.
At the top of the camp there is a recreation centre including games machines, lounge bar and a wave pool with fun slide, however this has a very shallow exit pool in which I managed to jar my back, luckily for me I don't seem to have done any lasting damage but it did know the wind out of me.
There is small sauna just off the main pool which has to be booked with reception before use. Although the sa ...
