Bad Points: Swimming pool,locker area, water was not moped up, A hazard for people unsteady on feet. Caravan cleanleness VERY POOR .
General comments: I stayed at Haven Holidays in Torquay. The Swimming pool area water was not mopped up, A HAZARD FOR PEOPLE UN STEADY ON FEET. Caravan cleanliness VERY POOR. Staff are not helpful saying they are short of cleaners. I find it hard to understand how this park received a ROSE AWARD.

The Haven Holidays park in Torquay is a great place to get away for a quiet family holiday. Its located close to a lot of activity centres and there is a lot to do and see in the surrounding areas.
