    I have one of these great vans, a 98 T4 Camper 2.4D and I would recommed them to anyone. If you can get a turbo model all the better. it's easy to drive, seems up to now very reliable and well built, no real downsides I can think of.

    I have owned my VW T4 Camper Weekender for 4 years now and use it all year round an economical easy to drive camper. Mine is diesel and returns almost 40 mpg on a run well pleased. Best with a stand alone awning to give a bit more space.
