I know we emailed a bit about my area of town and while not as swakny as Crestwood, it is just a few blocks north of the tracks. The homes are still older and while some need work, not all do. And the prices are significantly lower we're hoping that the gentrification going on in Crestwood and Avondale contiues apace and moves up to where we are so that we can get a good return on our investment and move to Shelby County. We owned one when we had our jetski, we would hang our suits in the shower room or in the awning. We removed the solid door to bedroom and fitted a extendable pole with curtain on so we had a dressing room, between shower and toilet, brilliant! Hubby extended the bed by moving the head board back, cos he is a tall guy, (put it back when we sold it) The back of the caravan dipped in so it had a kind of window ledge, and when it rained the dripping would drive me nuts, i am a light sleeper,... This is simply a gorgeous caravan. From the curved cabinetry which looks so much better than cheaper looking straight boxed units, to the quality of the fittings, this is a quality product. Even the hinges are hand sourced from Italy rather than chinese rubbish. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and everything works as it should. Fitted with memory foam mattress, the Avondale, Eagle S is a very practical caravan. Removed back bedroom/shower area door and fitted a curtain, far more practical as I am tall. Also moved headboard back 6 inches so is now full size bed.

The Avondale Eagle S is a lovely, luxurious caravan but we don't like having the fixed side bed as one of us has to climb over the other to get out. Otherwise, it's a great van and there are no major faults with it. Small cupboard above the toilet, which my husband always bumps his head on when he uses it. The shower tap is very close to the toilet and consequently, I once managed to shower myself whilst sitting on the loo after catching the tap with my elbow. Bathroom is really quite small,...
