unbelievable poor - i found kitchen science had the rudeness / dreadfull customer service staff from any other internet store in the market-place. couldn't get a straight forward answer to a simple question about delivery timescale for a product that i ordered from them - a dyson animal hoover. when i asked the young lady to clarify the delivery date, she became rude and i later found out, she had cancelled my order, as well ! request a call back from one of the cs managers, never receive a call.

I think the Dyson DC07 Animal is too heavy and awkward to be carried up and down stairs unless you are young and fit. Exceptionally noisy. I have had to replace upper (flexi hose) and lower hose and now need a new motor for it. I am cutting my losses and dumping it in order to buy a vacuum as advised by 'Which' costing a lot less (albeit requiring a bag).

I have a dog that sheds all year round and always struggled to keep on top of the vacuuming - hoped this would help as would not normally pay so much.
It is better than my old vacuum cleaner but not enough to justify the extra cost I don't think.

Dyson DC07 Animal - This is my third Dyson, I have only just bought this one. First I had a dc01 whice was good and lasted six years then I had dc04 purple and green that only lasted three years the motor went. I was not going for another one but the man in the shop said to go for the dc07 animal and have a five year guarantee on it. I wish I had not bought it now.
