Well my friend gave me this gun just to get me started in airsoft, but the same day it broke. For some reason the slide won't cock, just go back then spring back forward. If anyone could please tell me how to disassemble to repair please say so. Before it broke, it was a pretty good pistol though. if you want it, it cheapest in a 9000-10000 bb pack at academy where it comes free with bbs. my friend got it a month ago for $13. (read more)

With the Colt 25 .20g white bbs it seems pretty accurate i also got it from a walmart , i liked it was enjoyable. Here are my good points:
Its very reliable
Its pocket size
Its easy for people to modify it.
the The FPS is a bit low, but all in all its a very cool gun to play with and good for a backup gun.

I found this pistol to be very accurate and consistant with .2g or .25g high quality ammo. I can easily hit a 8 in target at 50-60ft. It's metal body makes it seem more realistic than some in the same price range. (read more)

I have the black version of the Colt 25 and since getting it my sister wanted one too. The hop up which is used automatically can sometimes be annoying because after about 3-4 metres the pellet (.12g) will curve upwards at an alarming rate. I'd say that after about 5 metres the pellet is going straight up.
I especially like the tiny magazine, it doesn't have a catch on the grip, but it does have a catch on the end of the mag so you can pull it out. Mag capacity is about 12 rounds. It does...

It's an exact replica of the 1908 Colt, size and shape.
I have fired over 1 thousand rounds thru this airsoft and am really impressed the fun I've had shooting it. Just keep it lubed up and you will never have a problem. It has only jammed twice. Well recommend Colt 25.

Got mine for £5 and found it to be great fun. Is reasonably powerful and will punch paper, I got shot in the face from about 5 metres and it stung. However the accuracy leaves something to be desired. At close range it is good but as soon as the hop up kicks in the bb pellet will head more or less skywards, which leads to lots of shots going over the top of targets' heads or shooting people in the face. Mabye all low powered airsoft guns are this inaccurate, I wouldn't know to be honest. The... (read more)

I love this bb gun because it's small, powerful and cheap mine cost £ 7.00. I bought this gun because i'd always wanted one and when got it was quite powerful and had quite a good range. I thought the power was not that good so i took it apart with ease i might ad and put a more powerful spring inside it which gave it a better range and more power and it properly strings when you shot with it. The other good thing about it is that it can empty a full mag in 10 seconds if you can cock it and... (read more)

Unfortunately my Colt 25 has broken a few days after getting it. It was obviously not my fault as the firing pin will not lodge into place of the trigger. I know this for a fact as I have opened it up and looked. I'm disappointed as it cost me £25. However, before this, it was quite a good gun, and nearly worth it. (read more)

Everything about this Colt 25 is pretty rubish. The bbs simply go in any direction they want, and it easily gets jammed. There is a smaller version of this gun which is a lot better, with harder plastic and some metal parts, like the trigger. It feels like the trigger will snap every time you pull it because of the bendy plastic. This gun jammed up within days of buying it, and I had to keep taking it apart to unjam it. Not a good gun. Actually, this review is for a "Baby Browning" by Dong San (Korea)... essentially the same gun as the Colt 25. This one is a springer.
Power and accuracy are no better than expected from such a small gun - 130fps with .12gr BB's, and accuracy is hampered by the lightweight BB's, the short barrel, and the small sight radius. The gun is more sensitive than some others to BB brands... some tend to multi-feed and jam.
That being said, the gun is an interesting little piece. It has a working...

I brought a colt 25 a few months ago and its great fun. Despite the lack of accuracy it's quite powerful for its size, it's well balanced and simple to shoot and load up. I would recommend it as a first airsoft bb gun but if you want accuracy I'd go for something a bit more powerful because it's only 0.12j. (read more)

I have had both the spring and the gas version of the Colt 25 gun, and I was very satisfied with both.
The gas one is very accurate for a gun so small, an has a decent range, but the seven round mag is too small for real skirmishing, and the gas only lasts around 25 shots. a very good plinker and maybe a last chance backup for skirmishing.
A very good gun
The spring version is a little less powerful and less accurate than the gas version, but it does have a 15 round magasine. A very good...

The Colt 25 cost about £12 brand new so that's a good sign already. They have a hop up system, a safety catch, and a 15 round magazine aswell. Looking good. However, it isn't the most reliable airsoft gun going and it is definetly not the most accurate. The BBs seem to go where they want and although the rail and notch sight is easy to use, it is less effective than the more usual 3 pointers. It is confusing as the range is very high but the actual power of the shot is so low. Probably due... (read more)

I got the Colt 25 from Spain about a year ago when I was on holiday. It's still working great, the only thing is the magazine's starting to break. It's very powerful for the size.It stings like hell when you get shot and it leaves a very nasty red lump on your skin. Its very stylish and I would recommend it 2 any 1, my birthday's coming up next week and i'm hopeing to buy a new bb gun. I'm hoping for a power full / reliable one that can go pretty long disstance. I'll pay around £30 to £40... (read more)

If you're having hop up trouble, try using a semi-standard 0.20 gram bb instead of the standard 0.12. Since it's heavier, it will not rise as much during longer distances. Don't expect perfect accuracy from this though, as the barrel is too short.
